Quick and great customer service!

Very good customer service

Overall Jiffy Lube in Dublin Ga has great service. My only issue and I’m just being truthful, is they wanted to change my cargo lights..but on my truck the cargo lights don’t come on unless you turn them on. If I hadn’t declined the service I would have spent 13.99 each for two lights that were 100% working. Overall good service and friendly people. Just confirm what needs to be changed or replaced before replacement and make sure it is actually faulty. Thanks

The only note I have is that everyone doesn’t know your procedure. Please invite customers to start in line and let them know they can remain in their car OR use the waiting room. I felt very uncomfortable since I didn’t know what to do or where to go. Once it was my turn the staff was very attentive, quick and professional. Best praise is that I did not feel pressured to upgrade or replace/change unnecessary parts. I will be back especially now that I know where to go.

We stopped by this Jiffy Lube location after a piece of our car fell off on route 16. Casey helped get it screwed back in and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes. We highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!

Went in for a vehicle alignment. It took longer than I expected, but I suspect that has to do with the few number of mechanics I saw at this particular shop. But I'm satisfied with the service. I immediately noticed an improvement after the service.

Quick and easy. Very helpful and informative! Not pushy to sell extra products but informative about the needs of the vehicle. very polite and provided a recommendation on vehicle maintenance that was fairly priced. All in all very enjoyable experience! Great work. Thanks so much

Shianne was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained what needed done, will need done next and what didn’t need done. She also took the time to update my car’s file it’s a work car but was still logged in as the previous driver. They didn’t do it last time I was there. Shianne was awesome.

Fast !!! Great work! Friendly staff. There is a large drop off on the side front drive way so be cautious when pulling in that way.

Every one was very polite, it was late in the day close to closing and they took me no problem.

Everything was good for the service I received

I went to Jiffy Lube to see why my tire sensor was on. They told me to pull up. They checked to make sure my tire pressure was correct and they also informed me that my sensor was missing off of one of my tires. They were helpful and friendly.
