Quick, fast, good customer service

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Trinity was very professional!

First time at this location, the technicians were chill and friendly - were very transparent about costs up front , and weren’t pushy about getting extra work done that I didn’t want (but did inform me of things I need to look at). Went for an oil change, and got an oil change - in approx 15-20 min :)

Decided to give Jiffy Lube in Duluth on PIB a try and I have to say I'm impressed!! Apparently there's a NEW MANAGEMENT team in place and Mike & Sean are definitely about business. VERY professional. They offer a 16 point inspection & made sure my vehicle was in safe operating condition. Had an Oil Change, Cabin & Air Filter & was quoted fairly on my breaks & rotors. This is definitely my new GO2 for my automotive needs! Mike is an Army Veteran like myself & you can see that he is all about INTEGRITY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Came in 6 minutes before closing because we got a flat while trying to fill our tire (no air coming from the pump!), and they were incredibly sweet to fill it for us AND our other tires without charging!! Super awesome customer service!!
