Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 360 Glynn St N, Fayetteville, GA, 30214-1191

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to pressure me into services I didn’t need. The whole process was easy and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated how well I was treated and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Respectful employees & quick service.

Justus and the rest of the crew were wonderful. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. I will return to this location.

Great service and a great price. Just wish I hadn’t run into a downpour right after they deglazed my headlights.

Had oil changed in and out in about 15 minutes. Very professional and courteous will continue to have my car serviced at this location.

Very nice, professional and hard working. Checked everything and accepted 'we'll change the filters at home' without any pushback (which is rare these days). Took time with my 'new to oil change driver's and explained what they were doing. Very positive experience! Discounted needed tire rotation with oil change purchase.

Employees friendly and had me out quickly with good service.

great quick service

Great job! I needed an oil change, but I didn't want to be in the shop all day. Jiffy Lube was awesome. I needed a few extra things that I wasn't financially prepared for, but Cody made sure everything was within my budget. I am definitely a permanent customer.

Excellent Service… !!! !!Very Courteous and professional Employees!! Will only go there from now on… and will highly recommend

Absolutely ??! Excited in giving this review. AMAZING team of professional, kind, respectful and courteous group of people. I was a little concerned with going to a place that wasnt officially European...these guys worked on my vehicle with poise and competency. My car even drive better from an "oil chage"! The way they worked through safety protocols was never seen of. Im a nurse practitioner and we call out the same type of safety steps when in surgeries and when performing other high risk procedures. They EARNED my money and I did not feel like just a "number". I didn't have the coupon and they even honored it! Wow! Thanks again Jiffy Lube and my Audi Q5 thanks you as well.

Cody and his team were incredible. They were efficient and timely. They knew what they were doing and had excellent customer service. This may have been the smoothest experience at this location I’ve had. I will be back.

Great service!!

Friendly, funny, professional.

Great customer service

I needed an oil change on a Sunday, so I popped in here. Bridget was my service provider. She has an amazing personality, and gave amazing customer service from the time that I pulled up. She gave me the option of changing my cabin and engine filters, and answered questions I had about the timing of changing them. She was patient when I stopped her with questions. I truly appreciated her warm spirit, friendliness and excellent customer care. Thank you, Bridget, and Mr. Ernest who changed my oil!

I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil change on my lunch break they where very quick very efficiently very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, the lobby is clean and there’s even complimentary cold waters in a fridge! Will definitely be coming back!
