I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Nia. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to detail. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all of my questions were answered, and ensured that my service was completed correctly. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Nia went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have her on their team, and I'll definitely be returning because of the outstanding service I received.

Great staff. Kemira has helped me twice in one week. I literally brought my other vehicle back because of the experience that I received. If you need your oil changed, I would definitely stop in Garden City. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive.
