These people are very polite and explained what was being done. I have used Jiffy Lube before and will continue to do so.

Just wanted a oil change don't need sales pitch on everything else

Went to get my brakes done, they made me aware of a bigger issue. Parts would be in the next morning and the tech went above and beyond to get my care finished up. Now theyre stuck with me.

I walk in explaining what I am prepared to pay for, and they never push, unless they feel the repair is truly needed now. I trust these guys n gals. They’ve been good to me.
