Long time customer of Jiffy Lubes all over the country. Been to this location 3-4 times during my trips here (Grovetown) to visit family. Not only is this place fast and friendly, they really all seem to get along and enjoy providing these services to the community. They work like a well-oiled machine, getting cars in and out promptly and with a smile. Today I came in for a ‘top off’ on my way out of town, Darryl went above and beyond to help me when my key fob died in the middle of the service- leaving the car immobile. Without skipping a beat, he went into ‘problem solver mode’ and my had my car and key fob back up and running within minutes!! I could go on about the many other ways, big and small this particular location serves the community but I encourage you to see for yourself. You won’t find a better place to have a fast, informative, affordable and friendly shop for your auto needs. (PS -I did learn that if you put the dead key fob to the push start button, and engage the engine that way, IT WILL turn on. You don’t have to replace the battery immediately ?? but still forever grateful to Darryl!)

Wish I’d have gotten the young man’s name but he was awesome! I thought I had a tire issue while traveling, pulled up and explained the issue.. he took my car right in and found everything to be just fine! I was on my way and safely made it home! The young man was very thoughtful, professional and kind!!
