I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. They explained everything my car needed and even pointed out a few things that I should consider getting done, but I never felt pressured or pushed into buying anything. They let me know I could take care of those items on my next visit, which I really appreciated. They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited, which was such a nice touch! The oil change was quick, the service was excellent, and everyone was very helpful and respectful. It’s refreshing to receive honest service without feeling like someone is just trying to make an extra sale. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube for my next oil change. Great customer service all around!
