It’s back to school time so of course everything add up! I pull up Hope was as sweet as she could be the whole interaction!! Rob is the one who told me It actually wasn’t time for an oil change!! So guess who get to save money?? Me! They were still all the sweetest and topped my coolant and even took corrosion off my battery so s/o to them! Best team evaaaa??????

Great oil change service. Not overpriced at all. They also changed my 3rd brake light and cleaned my battery terminals for my Ford F150. Very knowledgeable staff. They were extremely kind and professional. They offer military discounts for all Active Duty service men and women and Veterans. I highly recommend use of their services. ????

Well the jiffy lube on tobacco road then the waiting area was clean and pleasant. I was out for coffee. The staff seems very knowledgeable of their work and the the young lady that helped me out she was very thorough. You know checking the filters, the oil and just really making me feel at ease as to their knowledge of their job and the women really did an outstanding job and I greatly appreciated their time and efforts and explaining things to me so I would have. I would have people and I would recommend people to go to the jiffy lube on tobacco road

I had a bad experience the last visit at this location. The owner personally called me. That let me know he takes customer service serious. I had a great experience this time. Megan was my rep this time and she was great. She was nice and she explained everything perfect.
