If I could give 1 million stars I would!! This morning on the way to work my car started overheating while I was in the Dunkin Donuts drive thru so I pulled over in the Jiffy Lube parking lot next door. The location JUST opened and without hesitation, Brandon came out and asked if I needed help and he literally checked everything out for me, refilled my coolant, checked out my pumps/fans and made sure I was good to drive off the lot and make it to work. He truly is a hero!!! I appreciate him so much and I will be returning to Jiffy Lube for all my car servicing needs!!!! THANK YOUUU SO MUCH AGAIN!!!!!

I just want to say that Shanautica, Brandon, and Jacob were so great today! They are all really kind and you don’t really feel like you’re at the normal oil change places. This will be my go to place from here on out!

Decided to come to jiffy lube for the first time was taking my truck to Take 5 for years Jiffy lube manager explained my problem with my truck he helped me and was very detailed and nice gave me some information that I didn’t know and he make sure I understood this is my new oil change place will be back the place is very clean and the staff is so nice and helpful.

This was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube in Hiram, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I always hate paying so much money for an oil change ??, so I Googled "oil change near me" and found this location. I also found a coupon online and figured I'd give them a try. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with friendly customer service. The staff was professional and welcoming. The oil change was so fast that I swear they were done before I even got comfortable in the waiting area! When it was time to pay, I showed the employee the coupon I had found online. He explained that it wasn't valid for a synthetic oil change, and I was a little disappointed. But then he went above and beyond and told me about another coupon online that would save me $30. He didn't have to do that—he could have easily let me pay full price. Instead, he took the time to help me save money, and I truly appreciated that. Thanks to that coupon, my oil change ended up being about $50, and baby, that made my day! ?? I'm used to paying anywhere from $80 to $100 for an oil change, so that savings was a pleasant surprise. Fast service, friendly employees, and honest customer service. I'll definitely be back, and I pray they always have good coupons! Lol.

I mean wow. The staff was extremely attentive today. Held the door for me going in and out. Got an emissions test done very quickly. There is no way I could have been more pleased.

I was broke down with my child and Brandon went above and beyond to help me get back on the road for free. Definitely saved the day and will always refer people to this location!

Upon arriving to the store at opening, I was greeted by Brandon. He had patience with my questions. The services were performed by him and Juliet. They informed me of needed and recommended additions (filters and signal bulb). Their presentation of the services was ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR! I recommend to everyone to visit the HIRAM location. Brandon, Juliet and Shay are the greatest!!!

Brandon was great, very professional and very helpful. I told him I knew I had an oil leak and he explained what was going on to me way better than the Cadillac dealership ever did. Then he gave me some helpful suggestions.

Nothing is better than going to get an oil change and meeting an honest manager/mechanic. Today I was explaining to the manager that I was hearing a tick and maybe it was my oil or a bad filter and he was amazing with his patience and truth about what I could do to work on the car. He went ahead and topped my fluids, changed my oil filter to the mopar one, and adjusted my tire pressure to the proper air. If I could I would select 10 stars and I will be sending my family to that location to have work done as well! Thanks again

Both associates were super friendly and helpful. The guy allowed me to stay in my Car while he did my oil change when he saw I had kids in the car and he allowed me to pay as well while I was in the car.

Outstanding service. We had another oil change place( I will not name names) who stripped my oil pan cap. The manager was awesome and they were able to change my oil and get the cap back on until I can get the oil pan replaced. The manger was so helpful as well as his workers! Thank you so much, you have made a lifelong customer and will now be changing the oil on all 4 of our cars!!!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Brandon, the manager.& Tj I came in with an issue involving my windshield washer fluid, and he took the time to really help me figure it out instead of just rushing me through. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before I left. I had my oil changed at the Hiram Jiffy Lube and had a good experience. They weren't pushy or impatient. They were friendly and quick. Their price is average but I had a coupon they sent to my email which made it a good value.

Professional assistant, manager check fuilds and informed me that an oil change wasn't needed yet. And that I could return when it was. Appreciate not being taken advantage of, not giving me a service that I didn't need. Resently purchased the vehicle wasn't sure of the history.

I just have to say your team here were EXCELLENT!!!! YOUR SUPERVISOR BRANDON TAUGHT ME A LOT ABOUT MY VEHICLE AND TREATED IT LIKE HIS OWN GOD BLESS HIM AND JULIET. We had our oil changed with another company however the following day we had a notification that our oil level was too high. We stopped by and they graciously took care of us by fitting us in quickly to drain excess oil. Highly recommend their service. Everyone is incredibly kind.

I was in and out within 30 minutes on a Monday. The woman who greeted me & helped with my service is the sweetest, most pleasant person I've met while getting an oil change. She checked my tire pressure and reset the oil change light without my asking. I had a great coupon for a synthetic blend oil change. There was cold water in the lobby while I waited for car inside out of the heat. Great experience.
