Outstanding service. We had another oil change place( I will not name names) who stripped my oil pan cap. The manager was awesome and they were able to change my oil and get the cap back on until I can get the oil pan replaced. The manger was so helpful as well as his workers! Thank you so much, you have made a lifelong customer and will now be changing the oil on all 4 of our cars!!!

I had an excellent experience at my local Jiffy Lube here in Hiram! The team was incredibly quick, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to the manager, Brandon, who went above and beyond. He even took the time to fix my windshield wiper fluid hoses at no charge! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, honest, and genuinely helpful service!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Brandon, the manager.& Tj I came in with an issue involving my windshield washer fluid, and he took the time to really help me figure it out instead of just rushing me through. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before I left. It’s not every day you get that kind of customer service—Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. I had my oil changed at the Hiram Jiffy Lube and had a good experience. They weren't pushy or impatient. They were friendly and quick. Their price is average but I had a coupon they sent to my email which made it a good value.

Professional assistant, manager check fuilds and informed me that an oil change wasn't needed yet. And that I could return when it was. Appreciate not being taken advantage of, not giving me a service that I didn't need. Resently purchased the vehicle wasn't sure of the history.

I just have to say your team here were EXCELLENT!!!! YOUR SUPERVISOR BRANDON TAUGHT ME A LOT ABOUT MY VEHICLE AND TREATED IT LIKE HIS OWN GOD BLESS HIM AND JULIET. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube three times, and the customer service keeps bringing me back. Brandon, Juliet, Shay, Michael, and Jacob are all professional, friendly, and truly care about their customers. Brandon is very knowledgeable when it comes to automotive diagnostics and takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle. The entire team works together to make the experience smooth and pleasant. If you’re looking for great service and a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube team in Hiram.

Quick service. Unfortunately couldn’t rotate my tires due to size of my truck but they did recommend someone nearby.

We had our oil changed with another company however the following day we had a notification that our oil level was too high. We stopped by and they graciously took care of us by fitting us in quickly to drain excess oil. Highly recommend their service. Everyone is incredibly kind.

Very quick, very easy, very thorough. All for a competitive price. And the people were friendly and professional.

I was in and out within 30 minutes on a Monday. The woman who greeted me & helped with my service is the sweetest, most pleasant person I've met while getting an oil change. She checked my tire pressure and reset the oil change light without my asking. I had a great coupon for a synthetic blend oil change. There was cold water in the lobby while I waited for car inside out of the heat. Great experience.
