This was my first visit to jiffy lube but it will not be my last. There wasn't much to tell about my experience however, they were very friendly and dedicated to the service provided. I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service and care I received. Job well done! Thank you!

The BEST IN THE CITY! Pablo, Raya, Dee and Kam were absolutely amazing to me! Raya greeted me immediately upon arrival, I don’t even think I pulled in all the way and she was running to me with a smile. That made me happy. Dee thought something was wrong so he immediately ran to me with solutions and I’m like noooo Im ok! ?? Like a knight in shinning armor and Kam started working as soon as I was pulled in the bay but I didn’t see him bc he was under the car! Kam you really do the dirty work but your customer service is SQUEAKY CLEAN! You had me in and out in zero time! Mr. Pablo you rock like no other and I pray many blessings for you and all you endeavor to do! You spoke life into me and you didn’t have to do it! Your work goes BEYOND oil changes, your spirit welcomes people and that’s why you’re gonna go far! You’ve spilled that onto your team and that’s why they work and love what they do as hard! Short questions, easy to select the service I neeedsed. I was able to use my Groupon that I had purchased. Staff and check out was really fast. And it was all done in a Jiffy! I could tell the difference afterwards, my car was running much better. It was overdue to be serviced!

Nice ppl, fast service. Con- they don't tell you about any coupons available, you literally have to look it up and ask about it yourself and then they'll apply it. But overall good
