Rayya & Pablo gave impeccable customer service. I wanted to explain what was going on with my car other than needing an oil change, but I wanted to see if they were going to check k my car. Rayya asked ne to come to the counter & Pablo explain things so simple that he found, that I confirmed had everything to do with the questions I wanted to ask. They fixed it, I'm happy & my car should be just fine.

Today I got an oil change & worked with Pablo. He was very nice, funny, & had no problem explaining to me the different things to do with my car to make sure it’s running at its best. He got me a new air filter & explained why my car would take better to synthetic oil. I had a good experience .

Pablo was a pleasure to work with. He was very nice & informative. He explained to me why it was important for me to get my filter changed. Service was also quick. I will be back.

Came here to change oil and the person changed oil didn’t tighten oil cap and oil leak over my driveway and have to clean it So came next day and Manager at store fix it and gave a gift card Remind your mechanic to double check on a car before you leave

The team here at this location was professional, helpful and efficient. Honored my Groupon and checked if I qualified for any other discounts on services provided. I got an oil Chan’s and changed my filters. I even brought new windshield wipers for rainy times, which they installed. I would definitely return and recommend this Jiffy lube location.

It’s been on my to do list to write this review. I would like to that the crew that was there 11.7.2025. I came in like 20 mins before close to JUST do an oil change that I desperately needed and didn’t have any other time to do it. But the gentlemen also changed my head light and my windshield wipers. They really didn’t have to do that for me since I knew it was closing time and I hate when people do that to employees that have their own lives to live. Nonetheless, it was greatly appreciated. 10/10 customer service.

???? I visited this location today for an oil change and bc of Pablo I am certain that I will only use this location from here on out. He was extremely informative and very patient while explaining about all my fluids and all the functions of everything under the hood. On top of being full of mechanical knowledge, he also seemed to be full of every day lifetime wisdom as he was very warming and friendly with my children. 10 outta 10 recommend.

Wow! I Haven't used a jiffy lube in 15 years but that has changed because of the experience I had with Pablo, and Ja'Rayya. They did an excellent job and I watched everything they did. Very professional with my F-150. I'll be a returning customer, and will tell my friends to visit them!

Had a tight budget, but needed to get an oil change. Said I needed a filter replaced. Was it an upsell? Not sure, but they worked with my budget, and I feel safer.
