Super quick and not pushy about adding on services which I appreciated.

I had an emergency check engine light come on. The techs were able to tell me what to tell my mechanic on Monday and also that my car was drivable to get to the mechanic.

Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Work done in a timely manner.

Five Star Service! Everyone was very nice good people. Got me in and out quick service. Thank yall

Forsyth Rd Macon, Ga always handles me perfectly! On June2,2026 I called Crystal with questions and was told to come on in. Upon arrival the team of leaders (Joe and another tall slender AA gentlemen) handled me with such grace thanks guys yall really are the best in the city!!!

I am very thankful for the mechanics at Juffy Lube. I had taken my last oil change to the dealership but I found out the oil filter was not installed correctly. The workers worked diligently to uninstall it and eventually finished the oil change process correctly. They even made sure I was informed of the problem. Thank you!!

I loved the service was great. Almost no wait. Noelle was wonderful. He entertained my son the whole time. I also noticed how he was showing other employees how to do different things . He also asked had we been greated . The lady ( I didn't get her name) that checked us out let us know how much it would be be and what she suggested. A nice experience

My experience at Jiffy Lube on Forsyth Rd. today was Wonderful!!! Crystal Smith who is the manager there always treats Me with the upmost respect…She is a wonderful team leader and so are the other technicians who work there…I trust Jiffy Lube to take good care of Me as well as My SUV….

They are the first place to check the cabin filter. Never knew it existed. Since it's replacement, air flow had increased greatly.
