Excellent service!

Very nice crew but the cost of an oil change and a simple tire rotation was almost $200. That’s inexcusable. I’m giving 4 stars because the crew were awesome.

I was coming from Atlanta, GA to South Carolina when my oil light came on and said low oil. I was near Macon, GA and googled Jiffy Lube. I pulled in and within no time on my way back to South Carolina I cannot say enough about Madison and Antonio who helped me. They were THE BEST! Very professional, helpful and so nice. It was a pleasure to work with them! I’ll definitely use Jiffy Lube again. Thank you Madison and Antonio!

I’m a female 21 year old college student and I was driving back to school. As I was driving through Macon my car just totally stopped working. I was told to go to Jiffy Lube in Macon, and little did I know that I was about to experience the most compassionate kind strangers who went above and beyond for me. My car engine basically shut down and there was really nothing else Jiffy Lube could do, so I had to take it to the dealership. I have absolutely no knowledge of cars so I was very Flustered. The District Manager, Jaxson Marshall followed me as I drove to the dealership and helped me explain to the employees there what was going on. Not only was he on the phone with my dad trying to explain to him the situation he also sat with me for two hours as my friend came to pick me up. Genuinely everyone there was so kind and compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about this place and these people. I do not know what I would have done without them. Thank you to Jiffy Lube in Macon and I will 100% be going back if I’m in the area! Huge shoutout to Jaxson Marshall again and his team!

The staff at Jiffy Lube are always kind, courteous, and caring! They go above and beyond for customers! Today’s experience was effortless~ as soon as I pulled in, I was greeted with the friendliest welcome and smile! Noel, assured me he would take great care of me as I waited to be assisted. Hands down, one of the best experiences yet to come. They always check over the fluids, brake lights, brake maintenance, and so much more to make sure the car is running smoothly! The Jiffy Lube located on Forsyth Road in Macon is the best service center for your automobiles lubrication requirements. The crew there is top notch with superb customer service. They are knowledgeable about what your vehicle needs to continue running to spec. Highly recommended!!

The service was great. I got in n out. I was informed of any additional work I need done. The only thing I was not happy about was dirt prints from their hands was left on both sides of my vehicle. This was probably done when my tires was rotated

Joe and the team are very quick, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful EVERYTIME I go there. They don’t try to pump and prime into paying for services that I don’t need right then and there, rather they explain to me what’s needed next and the time proper time frame. Madison (I think) is such a sweetheart. THE ENTIRE STAFF deserves a raise/incentives, or whatever you all have in place for a job well done! Thanks yall!

Friendliest and most efficient service around! I'm a long-time customer. The technicians are always straight, help when they can, and tell straight if they can't do something. They make recommendations without the pressure or lies, I gotten some other places! Can't recommend them enough!

The two ladies that managed my service were great. They explained the two things that were issues with my car and promptly handled all checks on my car’s systems.

I called the store and Manager Jonathan answered. Very friendly and offered solution to my questions regarding my serpentine belt. I was 10 mins from the store- when I arrived, Jonathan came out to meet me with a smile. He told me they were ready to check out my car and took me to their clean & open-view waiting area. He got the car into the bay - he and his crew began assessing my car. I could watch everything. They were able to replace the belt quickly. They also checked my car over as a courtesy as I mentioned to him I was going out of town the next day. Jonathan and his crew of Hunter, Joe, Destiny, & Chris were amazing people and did an excellent job servicing my car. I have not seen this respectful, truthful, downhome sevice in a long time. The store has only been open 2 months here in Macon and with service like this, fair prices, honest people ... you need to check them out. They will have my business going forward! Thank you Jonathan and your crew for everything!
