Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 4421 FORSYTH RD, MACON, GA, 31210-4525

Great customer service very quick.

Jiffy Lube on Forsyth road has the BEST service crew hands down! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Friendly agents gave great customer service.

After numerous let downs and wasting my time trying to find the oil and filter to my 2026 Hyundai at other car shops, Jiffy lube got me taken care of with the first inquiry. Thank you Forsyth Rd staff everyone was knowledgeable, precise, and friendly. I’ll definitely return for my future maintenance needs.

The mechanics were friendly and efficient. Did s great job in a timely manner.

Shout out to Madison and DJ Greenwood at Forsyth Rd location. My car had been sitting several mths and after having work done on it decided I might need a oil change. Went in and was told it still looked great and I could wait another 1000 miles. I appreciate the honesty and the work that they do at this location. In six years I have never took it anywhere else. Love this company but the people are what keeps me coming back!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! If you need anything for your car, go see them and they will do you right!!!!

I always have had my oil changed at jiffy lube, I have vehicles, then they changed the manager, that guy is great, James Green, I trust him on what gets done to my vehicles. Today I drove to his location and got my truck done. Great manager and and great employees and I noticed that they talk to their boss, they are in tune. I will return with my other vehicles to that location because they have a great manager and it's a great team. It's further, but I trust him.

Personnel were polite and anxious to help. But I had the brake fluid replaced and air was allowed to get into the brake lines during the process. This resulted in break peddle feeling very "mushy" and breaks not working at desired level. I had to take the vehicle in a 2nd time to correct the problem. The vehicle should not have been released to me in that condition. BUT I have used this location for oil and lube service for over 20 years, and this is the ONLY time I've ever had an issue.
