Fast Friendly

James is always helpful and nice and smiling. The girl that was at the computer was nice but was a fast talker and I kept saying I couldn't go over $100 but she wasn't listening because it came out to $153 so I had to let her know I can't do that again. Overall it was fine. Prices sure have went up since last time tho.

I went in for an oil change and used a coupon for 50% off, which left me paying $35 for conventional oil and filter change. My only complaint is that the discount ONLY applied to Conventional oil. When I asked about High Mileage oil, I was told it would cost me $66, at which point I was going to walk away and change it myself. Even though the oil provided was a downgrade from what I normally use, because of the urgency of needing the oil filter replaced, I agreed to the conventional oil change. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and was provided quality service for the cost. I do recommend this particular Jiffy Lube.
