Excellent Service !!!! Mr Carter did an excellent Job . He was a big help securing my Skip plate. We are out of town and my skip plate was dragging the ground. He fixed up in a “ Jiffy “ ?? I got my oil change in the Diberville, MS location. Hit the road the next day. A couple days later while we were out of town, I noticed something dragging the ground underneath the car. Turned out the skip plate was not secured in place at the time my oil change was completed and had begun dragging the ground underneath. So Mr Carter, once presented with my problem, knew exactly what to do. Securely remounted and tightened the skip plate screws which resolved my issue. Even though we were out of town at a different Jiffy lube location . He handled it just as if he was my local service tech , as if we we’re locals in the Marietta area. Thanks again Mr Carter,

Wasn’t a customer but I visited this location due to my truck overheating randomly next to the location. I pulled in and Carter and Ronnie were so awesome about the situation. Carter knew exactly what to do fix my issue, did so immediately with a great attitude, Ronnie came out and supported him helping me out. I know I didn’t spend any money there, but these two guy’s kindness went a long way into me only going to their location for work on my car going forward. They didn’t know it, but I live an hour from this location and they really saved the day for my family and I. If you can be anything, be kind, and both of these guys were. Appreciate you both so very much!!!

Great service get you outta there quick!

I was met at the car by the manager Leo at the 2550 Delk Road location. He offered to drive my car in. He was polite. Talk me thru what the services entailed. Reassured me that he checked All levels. He presented thoughtful and considerate. My 1st time! Even though the location is not near my home and I normally go to the dealership or express oil for my oil change, I plan to return in the future. I felt safe with him servicing my car and that means EVERYTHING to me as a female.

My car had a flat tire the other day but I did not have the tools to put on my spare. Thankfully one of the team members named Carter was willing to help out, and was even gracious enough to provide the service free of charge. I would give more stars if I could but I’ll be heading back for other services in the near future!

I only go to this Jiffy Lube location! Leo and Carter were great and hospitable!! I went in for an oil change and was in and out in 25-30mins. They did a multi-checkpoint and ensured everything was good and safe. Definitely will keep coming back for service!!

Leo and Carter were really helpful! Very efficient and helpful but still thorough, even with the oops of helping me replace my difficult cabin filter and my battery dying. Will definitely return.

Ronnie and the team made me a customer for life. I stopped in after work not realizing they were close to closing — already strike one against me. But from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The day before, I had been turned away somewhere else for not quite meeting the mileage requirement. Ronnie and his colleague didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience — they took me in, no questions asked, and took excellent care of my car. As a young woman, getting an oil change can feel like navigating a minefield. It’s easy to feel talked down to, pressured into services you don’t need, or like you’re being taken advantage of simply because you don’t know every detail under the hood. That was not my experience here — not even a little. I felt respected, informed, and never once coerced. And then — after the oil change was already done and it was well past closing time — I asked if they could check my tires. The young man didn’t hesitate. He checked every tire without a complaint, without making me feel like I was asking too much. That kind of service is rare. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, period. I’ll be back every time — and I’ll be telling everyone I know.

Excellent service!! I went on a bad weather day to have my break light installed, and the worker was kind and thorough. He didn't mind standing out in the sleet to fix my light. I was not charged, but I tipped the worker anyway for his kindness. Thank you so much!!
