This review is for the Jiffy Lube at 3950 Shallowford Rd. Marietta. My daughter took her car to the Jiffy Lube on Canton Rd. Marietta and had a regular oil change. I noticed oil spots on the floor the following day and then Sunday I looked under to investigate. The seep was from the drain plug and also is was wet below the filter. Maybe the drain plug gasket was distorted but it shouldn’t have been wet under the filter. My daughter was heading back to school so this needed to be addressed the same day Sunday. The Canton location was closed Sunday’s, and we went to the closet location, on Shallowford Rd. Turns out not all Jiffy Lubes are the same and the two locations were under different corporate management. However, on this day, May 10, after hearing the car was heading to Augusta that same day, the two technicians manning the facility offered to investigate. They found a drain plug inadequately torqued, and that seeping blew over to below the oil filter, but found no leak at the filter. The plug was torqued and we were on our way. An hour later there was no oil found on the floor. I wish I had taken their names, but thank those technician for resolving an issue created at another facility.

Great neighborhood location providing oil change and light service Staff are super friendly and get free car wash and available vacuum if you do an oil change. Only thing is that you need to check your coupon as this location doesn’t accept all national coupons provided by jiffy lube. Not a big deal because you can check on jiffylube website on specific coupons for specific location. I am not of fan of jiffy as service is not consistent at all locations but this location has provided consistent and honest service. I have been coming here for years.

The two guys that helped us were friendly, courteous, and even cleaned my engine up as they were working. I highly recommend.

Service is quick, never a wait, and all the young people who work here are nice and eager to help. It is a pleasure to do business here.

Phenomenal service!!! I went to a nearby Take 5 and they said they were closing even though it was only 4:40 and they close at 5. And they were letting a car go. I have a long drive and urgently needed an oil change. So I really appreciate these guys for making the time and helping me make a less anxious drive.

The staff here was very friendly. We had an issue because I had a gift card for $100 for Jiffy Lube, and it wasn't working. It turns out that they are not a corporate location andGift Cards don't work there. The manager was very understanding and comped the services rendered. A+++ but don't bring gift cards!

They kept every promise and the price was right.
