Had a fleet vehicle serviced here today. Typically, that's a painful process as most service centers don't care to put in the effort to find the vehicle in the fleet application. This location is an exception to that. They quickly processed my fleet payment, and they did an excellent job on the service. This will now be my location of choice for all oil changes - personal and fleet.

Super happy with the experience. My truck is driving great and I feel good about the service that done. Will be back.

I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube on Dallas Highway and Barrett Parkway in Marietta, GA on 12/19/2025. The techs provided outstanding, friendly service from start to finish. Branden E., the cashier, truly stood out—he greeted everyone with a genuine smile during checkout. What impressed me most was that the smile didn’t disappear once a customer walked away. It felt like real, sincere positivity rather than forced customer service. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and it was clear the staff genuinely cared about treating people well. This location sets a great example of how customer service should be done. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Jiffy Lube to others.

2/27/2026. Was Castrol, then Valvoline, now Jiffy Lube but always great! Today just had required annual emissions testing and they got me in and out in a reasonable time. These guys always know what they are doing. Not a bunch of grease monkeys that were just hired last week and never serviced a vehicle before. These guys are consistently there and thorough. Will return soon. 2/28/2025. These guys were great. Four employees had us in and out for oil change and antifreeze fluid exchange in less than 25 minutes and at a fair market price. Oh yeah in 22 degrees and windy conditions. Will continue to visit this location in West Cobb when needed.
