They were professional, quick, and didn't try to cheat me!

I just came in for a routine oil change and fuel cleaning service, and my check engine light came on. They took it amongst themselves to tell me the root of the problem without charging me a diagnostic fee, and it turned out to be that I had a bad O Sensor. About less than a week later, I got it taken care of by Firestone Complete Care. Thank you, Valvoline Express Care.
