I came here for a simple oil change when my car suddenly developed a coolant problem. She immediately came out to help, investigated the issue, and ensured I was well taken care of. She treated my car as if it were her own. I truly appreciate their help and didn't have to think twice about trusting them. Even though I had car trouble, I feel very lucky it happened at the right place with such kind and professional assistance. Thank you so much!

Nikki was amazing. She was very informative and educated me on a few things about my car. She not only assisted with a quick oil change, she double checked my lights, my air pressure in my tires, checked all my filters , and she also was very helpful in letting me that I needed new tires and where to get good ones for a decent price. Definitely a great person to have in the team!

He said a radiator flush would only take 10 minutes and it did. !! Good !

?????????? I had an amazing experience at the Jiffy Lube off of Canton Road. First off, their customer service is top-tier. The manager, Alan, personally assisted me and was beyond kind, professional, and personable. He really knows how to talk to people and keep the conversation flowing, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. A young lady, along with one of her co-workers, changed my oil, and she was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things to me and made thoughtful recommendations for my car. Since I was preparing for a road trip, this was much needed and truly appreciated. I left feeling confident and safe knowing my car was well taken care of. This is not your ordinary Jiffy Lube. When you walk in, it literally smells like a home with pleasant fragrances—clean, fresh, and inviting. The entire team was on point: no one was lazy, everyone was working efficiently, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, even with the additional services they recommended and completed. The wait was short, the service was thorough, and the professionalism was unmatched. I usually take my car to Lexus for servicing, but after finding this Jiffy Lube, I’ll be coming here every single time. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this location. They did such a great job, and I would recommend anyone to come here. Honestly, the team here deserves a raise—their customer service is truly exceptional.

Nikki was fantastic! I went to a few other places to get emissions done and they struggled to hook up the odb sensor. She hooked it up like a pro and finished emissions quick and easy! She then filled up my tires and gave me a tip about where to get some good boiled peanuts. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location! Thank you Nikki!!

In addition to checking the tire that I came in for he also checked the other tires. Jordan provided me really good advice. I would definitely recommend this location.
