Overall, the service was good. I was in and out in no time. The young lady who greeted me and the young man who performed the oil change were both pleasant. I also used one of Jiffy Lube's coupons that came in the mail, which resulted in wonderful savings. Please keep mailing out these coupons. The reason I did not give this review five stars is that another employee came into the lobby several times and never acknowledged or greeted me. Customer service is key. A simple, "Hello, how are you doing?" would have gone a long way toward making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

They were kind and polite got the job done super fast

When I got my oil change done. Gave the young lady my coupon and she did not use it. So I had to go inside to tell her that she over charge me for the oil change. She was like oh. There was a guy in there that asked what was wrong and I told him that she had over charged me. I didn’t like the way she handled that issue. Now I have to wait days for my money to refund, that should have happened in the first place. The oil change was 70.00 over price in the first place. And it has cause my account to be overcharged. Maybe I want go back to this location again.

The ser ive here was absolutely phenomenal. I walked in and walked out with a full oil change , all the bells ans whistles. I want ti say it took them all of ten minutes!!! The teamwork is witnessed was amazing and it was early early and everyone was smiling and kind! Great Job!

Got my oil changed here and the staff were absolutely phenomenal. They greeted me as soon as I stepped out the car and were very friendly. They informed me of some problems my car had and offered to fix them at a low price. Definitely my number 1 choice when getting my oil changed!

Staff were fast and friendly. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation on my company vehicle. Service was done quickly.

Jeff took care of me this morning when take5 wouldn’t even help me on peach orchard road. My low tire light was on and yes I put air in them myself but didn’t have a tire gage so didn’t really know. Take 5 acted like they didn’t care or I didn’t know what I was talking about telling me it was a sensor. So went to jiffy lube on Bobby jones where Jeff took great care of me and my vehicle checked all my tires and guess what it wasn’t a sensor like I was told it was my back tire I didn’t put enough air in. Way to go jiffy lube on Bobby jones and thank you so much Jeff. I thought my daugther Laura was working but she was off do to her birthday. But like I said thank you for the team at jiffy lube Bobby jones.
