I initially went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. When I got there, I asked one of the guys, Do they also rotate tires and change brakes. The young man, I spoke to said yes, we do and asked me to pull into Bay number two. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. I had to wait a little while because the brakes weren’t readily available at the shop. Also, there was a part that accidentally broke while changing the brakes, the Jiffy Lube replaced the part with no extra charge to me. I will certainly return for more services. (Milledgeville Location)

I went to jiffy lube today with my new car, got my oil changed, my windshield wipers and my air filter. There was a polite guy named cole, he was in charge somehow and immediately noticed an issue with my car and had a quote and smile ready in hand ready for questions. I dealt with a nice young man at the desk, overall great experience.

The staff was very friendly,cleaned windshield,checked everything,i understand they have to ask but if I'm getting an oil change stop trying to sell me something else, oil changes here or a bit pricey as well,but overall yall was professional and quick.

Great service and very fast! Got the headlight treatment done and it made a huge difference for a great price.

Had gone previously to the Take 5 oil place and they had nothing on this place. it was a little busy but they were nice quick and looked for the best deal for me. will be returning for my next oil change for sure.

Great service friendly people and overall fast accurate service

Very knowledgeable, told me things I should have been told by my dealership this year when I bought my Jeep Gladiator. I know my oil change whold have been around 80.00 to 90.00 with my military discount at the dealership. I'd much rather NOT get windows cleaned and other such stuff if I could get the price down a bit. I'll come back maybe every other month and go to the dealership also.

Toon notch. These guys know what they are talking about. The computer codes - the new products like brakes, telling me I have some life left in the brake pads but keep an eye on it, letting me feel no no pressure, but showing me the opportunity so that I wanted to spend more. I love this place! The salesman on the floor, the mechanics. They helped me switch to high mileage oil, excellent info. Again, I don’t think you guys realize how good this particular group is here in Milledgeville. They all should get bonuses. Kreg / a satisfied customer
