Service team greeted me in less than 5 minutes the whole team was very courteous and instructed me on what to do.

I went on for an oil change and was more expensive than I had imagined. The service guy was very professional and friendly. He checked the cabin air filter and showed it to me and it was very dirty as well as the engine air filter which was clean. I like the fact that he showed the air filters to me which showed transparency. He also had me turn on the headlights and turn signals and they were functioning properly. I give the service person a 10 for professionalism but I found the pricing somewhat high as an oil change and filter change came out to $156.00. Then again I guess it would be way more expensive in the dealership.

In addition to my oil change they were very helpful to assist with other issues.

These guys are soooo Great and gentlemen. They were quick and reliable. I was well overdue for an oil change and the open the door for you (ladies). I need an oil change and normal I checked the reviews being that I’m not from here and it’s my first time going to get an oil change in Atlanta. Coming here was a great experience and I will be back

I went in for an oil change this morning. In/out in less than 30 minutes. ALL the staff friendly and welcoming. Clean atmosphere. Water available. They never go over in recommending services and thoroughly check out your car and make note of services that might be needed in the future. I have multiple cars and each visit is always above and beyond with exceptional service. Highly recommended. THANK YOU ??????

On 4-10-26 Riverdale Jiffy Lube is always a blessing! They are so friendly, patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable of what they are doing and explaining everything that you need to know about your vehicle performance! The manager Hayyan shows so much understanding for his employees and the customers! He makes sure that they are alright and the customers are pleased with their service. David did the test strips on my coolant and break fluid. Put air in my tires at the right pressure. Delmira checked my mileage, and let me know when it's time for oil change a week ago! And Jordan explained to me about my cabin filter. I received all my fluids, my tire pressure and let me know my vehicle will let me know when it's time to get serviced! I’ve been here a few times before and I never had any problems or issues with the service although this was a different team of people who was highly helpful and had great customer service Delmira was super helpful and she explained everything properly and she explained what other services they was gonna be offering with the oil change and David and Hayyan was also super helpful and did a great job on servicing my vehicle i highly recommend Jiffy lube on highway 85 in Jonesboro Thanks Guys!

Excellent job today. Very quick. Also the crew reminded of certain items that was needing replacement that I knew about so the crew was thorough.

I’ve been here a few times and today’s visit was the best yet. The gentlemen who first geeeted me answered all the questions I had about Groupon and differences in oil types. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, never that fast before. And the tech who actually did the oil change was very mannerable, he opened and closed my door for me on arrival and departure. And he added air to a tire that was low without being prompted. Great job guys!

Very quick and professional group that works at the Jiffy lube in Riverdale GA.

Staff was very friendly service didn’t take too long and additional things were fixed/replaced that I didn’t not even know about. I have no complaints.

Both employees definitely took good care of my vehicle and the service was fantastic.
