I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and had a solid overall experience. The staff was professional, polite, and got me checked in quickly. They explained the services clearly without being pushy, which I appreciated. The waiting area was clean enough and comfortable for a short visit, and the service area looked organized. Most importantly, the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner, which made the whole process convenient. Overall, it was a smooth, fast experience with courteous staff, and I would return for basic maintenance in the future.

I went on for an oil change and was more expensive than I had imagined. The service guy was very professional and friendly. He checked the cabin air filter and showed it to me and it was very dirty as well as the engine air filter which was clean. I like the fact that he showed the air filters to me which showed transparency. He also had me turn on the headlights and turn signals and they were functioning properly. I give the service person a 10 for professionalism but I found the pricing somewhat high as an oil change and filter change came out to $156.00. Then again I guess it would be way more expensive in the dealership.
