This is my first time at this location. I went for a simple oil change. I usually would go to the Jiffy Lube in Cartersville, Georgia, but I grew very disgruntled with that location and refused to go back there. This location in Rockmart is actually much closer to me. The staff there was upbeat, cheerful, very polite, and very helpful with their suggestions. The oil prices were quite high but thanks to the government’s heinous Iran War, that was to be expected. They checked my air and cabin filters on both of the vehicles that I took there and found them to be horrifically filthy. Apparently, when I had the filters changed at the Cartersville location about a year ago, they were not actually changed but I was certainly charged for them! The pricing of the filters was quite a bit more than what is found on eBay and Amazon, but since I couldn’t install the filters myself at home, I opted for their expertise. What really impressed me is how concerned James was with the state of my truck tires. He recommended I have them replaced immediately as they were dry rotted, and one actually had a split in the surface. He probably saved my life! I had the tires replaced the next day.

Great service and a great team that seems to appreciate the customers. Checked my lights, blinkers, brakes, etc.

As a female, it can be intimidating to take my car in for any kind of service, but my experience here was wonderful. I was not pressured to purchase things I did not need, and everyone was professional and friendly. This is where I will bring my car for oil changes now.

These guys know their stuff. They were very quick and did several checks with me in the bay. I stopped for an oil change and before I left I had a new air filter, all lights checked, and a radiator flush and fill as well. Still only took about 25 minutes. Thank you guys

I have had the best experiences at the Jiffy Lube in Rockmart. Their employees are so sweet. There have been times where I have gone to an express oil place and it's a rush job. I even had one place seize my engine because they didn't properly put in the filter. At Rockmart, they take their time and are so kind. One lube tech in particular served me today and just made my entire experience even better. His name was William. Highly recommend them.
