I would recommend the Roswell location for amazing service. The staff was very professional, attentive and extremely thorough.

Fantastic. Asked the guy for my last receipt from last May, so I can show I don’t drive often and get a lower rate. He explained that the system changed over and that they didn’t have it. He went above and beyond. He emailed the previous owners, he researched the account, and he was able to get me what I needed. The whole time he was friendly, polite, well spoken, and the team got me in and out. Overall great experience start to finish.

I had such a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. It was freezing cold today and the store manager Justin, and his team could not have been more friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. Plus I was in and out much faster than I expected, but they were also very thorough and took the time to make sure everything was checked properly. They explained what they looked over and made sure I felt taken care of without any pressure. Rare to find a place that is this friendly, thorough, and respectful of your time. Stellar service all around and I will definitely be back. 10/10

Great staff Great service

I just want to personally say how great the customer service was here. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but he gave me a free windshield wiper after noticing how worn mine was, and I declined getting a new one. They also applied a military discount to help with costs. I’ve always liked Jiffy Lube because they’re one of the few places that will actually rotate your tires, but I was beyond happy with the service I received on December 9th at this location. I’d absolutely encourage others to give these folks their business.

Mr Marco , Mr Jason, Mgmt and all the Staff on duty treated us with friendly, professional and curtiousness. They explained details of our requested/required service and then some. Some of the best service I’ve ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube. Fast, friendly and efficient. Came in on Veterans Day for a discounted oil changed and put in a free air filter that I needed . I really appreciate that and the appreciation for of a long time customer. The guys were piloted and helpful without being overbearing. Wish I lived in the area, this would be the my go to. Marco was great!

It’s a great time and doing a quick and rapid service.

They guys at this Jiffy Lube are very cordial, gentlemen , clear and don’t try to get you to do anything “extra” that is not necessary.

When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and done within 15 min. The staff was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend going to see them. Keep up the great work guys

This place is the best. I originally went to my nearby dealership after Honda replaced my oil filter with the wrong size and oil change incorrectly causing leaks and problems with the rest of the car. Justin took one look and found the issue (that the dealership caused) and addressed it after walking me through and showing me the problem. They even topped me off and filled my tires free of charge when I came back in the next time just to check on things for peace of mind. Marco and Chris helped me out with smiles on their faces and gave me real and honest feedback pertaining to my car and patiently asked all my never ending questions. I’ll be requesting them every time.

I went to Jiffy Lube this morning and had a great experience! The assistant manager was very nice, professional, and had excellent customer service skills. The team was quick, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciated how smoothly the whole visit went — definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at an oil change place. Highly recommend this location!

What a terrific experience today. Between Marco’s customer service from the beginning, Mac’s skill set as a mechanic or the incredible job of store manager Justin, they all treated me and my car with great care. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube for all of the services they provide. Well done, team.

Just excellent service. Went in for an oil change and was told I needed to get a coolant refresh. This is normal as I have not had one in at least 40,000 miles. So I ran over to AutoZone to grab some windshield wipers and they were even kind enough to put them in for me even though I didn’t even buy them there. It’s a small thing, but they did go out of their way and I really appreciate all their help today.

Had very good experience very less waiting time and staff is very supportive.

I tried getting an oil change a couple of doors away at my regular place only to be turned away because they were closing in 20 minutes. With 3 employees just sitting in the room this was somewhat annoying and thought maybe I should try elsewhere. I couldn’t have been any more pleasantly surprised with Justin and Fred at Jiffy Lube. Not only did they change the oil, they checked all the lights and tire pressure too. They also informed me I should think about new wiper blades which I knew were needed so I asked them to install those. They were both very courteous and professional with reasonable pricing. More companies need employees like them. I’ll be back!
