I had an excellent experience speaking with Jamall and Kelvin at this Jiffy Lube location. I was traveling from out of town and was still about an hour away from my local Jiffy Lube. My estimated arrival time was 4:57 p.m., and since the store closed at 5:00 p.m., I wanted to be proactive and confirm whether I would still be able to receive service that close to closing time. Unfortunately, the phone at my local Jiffy Lube was not working, so I contacted this location for help. Even though I was not coming to their store, Jamall and Kelvin were incredibly pleasant, professional, and willing to assist me. They listened carefully to my situation and helped me determine what I needed to do so I could address my vehicle’s service needs. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. They could have easily told me that they were unable to help because my situation involved a different location, but instead, they took the time to provide guidance and help me find a solution. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier. Jamall and Kelvin are spectacular employees and excellent representatives of Jiffy Lube. The company is fortunate to have team members who care about customers—even when those customers are trying to receive service at another location. They both deserve recognition for their outstanding service, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile.

I thoroughly enjoy the service from this store. The manager,Kelvin, was very proficient and quick. The whole staff showed great customer service. We will be back! Highly Recommended.

I received outstanding service from this office. Sade Was so helpful and went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied. And there is a mechanic there that is extraordinarily not only well-versed with cars, but explains it really well and is very patient. I hope these people get bonuses.
