Came here for an oil change and was the best experience i’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube, or any car place in general! The people were absolutely amazing and so helpful! I will be going here from now on!

We ran over an object on the highway, which damaged the bottom guard of my car. Brionna took care of it for free. I was almost overcharged by another employee, but she noticed the mistake and corrected the amount. She is a true professional!

Anya and the team saved me today! I have a long drive ahead of me and when they didn’t have my oil filter in house, they happen to be able to find one for me and snagged it really quick. Informed me of all of the needs I had for my car and educated me on anything I wasn’t aware of. This team got me on the road in such a timely manner so I could get back home to Atlanta in a rush. We need more people in customer service that are like them!

Jiffy Lube in Savannah provided outstanding service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience smooth and efficient. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and their professionalism really stood out. A battery test showed low cold cranking amps, and they thoughtfully recommended replacing it soon. They were right because my battery died the very next week. Their care and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and it’s clear they go above and beyond for their customers.
