Jiffy Lube in Savannah provided outstanding service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience smooth and efficient. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and their professionalism really stood out. A battery test showed low cold cranking amps, and they thoughtfully recommended replacing it soon. They were right because my battery died the very next week. Their care and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and it’s clear they go above and beyond for their customers.

The young lady (manager on duty) who installed my new battery and the other young lady who changed my oil and put the coolant in WERE BOTH KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, PROFICIENT AND GENUINELY KIND during my visit.
