The service was AMAZING at Jiffy Lube on Eisenhower Dr. I was in awe to see two African American women working with the expertise that I observed at Jiffy Lube. The young lady (manager on duty) who installed my new battery and the other young lady who changed my oil and put the coolant in WERE BOTH KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, PROFICIENT AND GENUINELY KIND during my visit. The young man on duty assisted where needed and exemplified the same qualities and work ethics. WOW! EXCELLENCE AT ITS BEST! I AM CERTAINLY A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!! Today I went to jiffy lube after being referred by a friend and the service was nothing less than exceptional I got a couple of other items too which was top tier she walked me thru everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. good customer service still exists. Today I went into Jiffy Lube because my air conditioner was blowing hot air in my car. They quickly identified the issue But they did not have the specialty Freon that I needed But they found the Jiffy Lube that did And called them for me And set everything up for me to go in and get the service to keep me cool And taken care of. Kendall and Anya We’re magnificent And beyond kind to me. Thanks to them. I will be cool all summer Except for my heart that will remain warm because of these good people And their commitment to customer service.

Kareem was exceptional! I appreciated and took advantage of some of the services that were offered. The work was not rushed and was handled with care. Best experience at a Jiffy Lube so far!

I would like to say that Kareem At store 182 was attentive and listen to my problems and not only that he took care of what I needed in a timely manner and was very respectable. I will definitely be coming back to Jiffy Lube just because of him.
