Great customer service. They changed my differential fluids for the front, rear, and transfer case. I got food next door and by the time I finished my food my car was ready.

Experience was good. Interacted with the manager and two employees. They were all helpful and courteous. Appreciated their identification of other maintenance areas to be aware of. I will most likely see them again sooner than later after. Thanks guys.

Communication was honest they weren't trying to upsell. I was comfortable and I got out of there in a reasonable time very pleased.

I went there and got my windshield wiper motor replaced. The GM Matthew was very professional and polite him and his whole crew went above and beyond. Very pleased with my experience here.

Matthew was super attentive and made sure I was taking car of after hours. Angel was also exceptional.

5 stars for excellent service at Jiffy Lube on HWY 78 @ Rockbridge today. Thanks Matt, John and Caleb y’all will see me again for any maintenance issues on my car.

I've been coming to this location for years, and the current store manager is the best they've had. He's very knowledgeable about the services and explains what's needed in easily understood terms. Always met with a very friendly greeting and frequent updates on the service.

My last visit was back in Nov 2024 and I was very unhappy with the service I received. I received a coupon and decided to give them another try. Today went well and I hope they'll be consistent. That's the reason I stop going although I have been going there for years.

Very sharp, quick, friendly/professional. I was glad that the technicians knew my car and took good care of my Lexus LS. I will be back with the hopes that they have stayed! Lol
