Excellent service just Excellent

I visited this location for a required emissions test, as my car tag is expiring soon. Super convenient location on lavista rd, right off I-285. Had barely a 2 minute wait. Unlike a gross emissions testing place that I experience every year no matter where I go…,the bay you drive in is squeaky clean and organized , and both gentlemen mechanics were super nice. And it was in the 90s today, very hot outside And, it was only $15!! I’ll remember this place if I need an oil change or whatever….

KB is simply the best. I came in on short notice - like almost when they were getting ready to close. Most places would have told me to come back tomorrow but he went ahead and changed my oil cannot say no good things about the great customer service. I had an awful day and he truly made it better

Second year getting my emissions test done here. Both times were pleasant experience. fairly quick and easy and$15.

Very good service and very polite employees I love the service for an oil change but the price on the internet shows 40 to 50 for a 2014 Toyota Corolla but when I approach the charged me 75 bucks

Excellent service. It was my first time at this Jiffy Lube and I was very satisfied. The oil change was quick and professional. They also inspected my vehicle and recommended changing the cabin air filter and the engine air filter. They were very friendly and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend them!

Overall, a smooth process. Great and professional service. Rodney was able to change my oil and replace the cabin air filter. Would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone.

The gentlemen that worked on my car today was absolutely amazing they checked everything and did my oil change in only a couple minutes. They also had me laughing. They are so wonderful ??

Woke up to my check engine light being on and panicked when closing my gas cap didn't fix it. Since I knew I'd been putting a lower grade of gas in my car due to the economy I decided to go get my oil changed. Naciere was soooooo helpful and informative! He got me in and out in 45 minutes, did an oil change, a cabin filter change, a radiator flush (apparently I didn't have oil or radiation fluid in my car -which he showed me to reassure me he wasn't trying to upcharge me) and did a Check Engine diagnostic. I was thoroughly pleased with the prompt service, the thoroughness and the astounding customer service! As a single woman and single mom my car is my lifeline and repair costs & time matters, him and the team their checked every box...Great experience.

I was greeted by Eric. Eric was extremely helpful advised me on things I didn't know about. Brandon was awesome as well, he had to drive my car into the oil change pit.Eric and Brandon will be the main reason I make a return visit to your establishment.
