Woke up to my check engine light being on and panicked when closing my gas cap didn't fix it. Since I knew I'd been putting a lower grade of gas in my car due to the economy I decided to go get my oil changed. Naciere was soooooo helpful and informative! He got me in and out in 45 minutes, did an oil change, a cabin filter change, a radiator flush (apparently I didn't have oil or radiation fluid in my car -which he showed me to reassure me he wasn't trying to upcharge me) and did a Check Engine diagnostic. I was thoroughly pleased with the prompt service, the thoroughness and the astounding customer service! As a single woman and single mom my car is my lifeline and repair costs & time matters, him and the team their checked every box...Great experience.

I was greeted by Eric. Eric was extremely helpful advised me on things I didn't know about. Brandon was awesome as well, he had to drive my car into the oil change pit.Eric and Brandon will be the main reason I make a return visit to your establishment.

The only place I will go. Eric was knowledgeable, extremely customer focused and efficient. There was another guy helping out as well possibly name Rodney….they were great & I will be back…. Very trustworthy which is important to me as a woman…

I visited this location on 4/28 for an Oil Change. I was impressed by the Teamwork the young men presented. The young man who I think was the manager worked well with his team. He managed them with respect and taught them as he himself worked. These kids were under 25yo and I was very impressed. As I had visited 3 other Jiffy Lube locations earlier that day and was given the run around about an oil filter. Much older men, no teamwork, jaded and unapproachable. However the young men at this location ran circles around ALL of the other locations and things like that should be commended.

This Jiffy lube is about one of best ones I’ve ever been too the young man name Naciere had great customer service I thought he was the manger he knows how to take care of the customers need and advising them about the problems on their car I didn’t even know I had until he pointed it out I will be back very out standing customer service!

The mechanics were first rate and very amicable. It was an upbeat experience!

This location off Lavista rd in Tucker Ga. was superb. I was in and out quickly. They didn’t try to upsell me on a whole bunch of stuff. The honored my $30 Off any oil change coupon also. I normally don’t do reviews but this location earned my 5 star review. I’ll be back in 5k miles.

Great job, These guys are great, my wife and I both find them very professional, and very good work to detail. The people who work there very kind. They are our go to place for our oil changes and other auto needs .

The guys were very helpful. I just bought a 2 year old car and was unfamiliar with the technology and they jumped right in to help me reset my oil indicator and they knew the type of oil. I will return in 6,000 miles.

Upgraded from a 2014 Dodge Avenger which took regular oil to a 2019 Nissan Sentra Sr which takes full synthetic and Castrol treated me like family explaining everything to me and making sure that I knew what I was getting in for and why. I greatly appreciate the time they took to let me know what was going on and what my new card needed they are the best I will no longer go to Goodyear or Jiffy Lube but only Castro thanks guys!
