The guys were very polite. They were efficient and professional. The lead man worked with his team to do an inspection. He reported to me any issues and future maintenance suggestions. I was pleased with the service. They gained a new customer today!

Kay the service manager did her thing! My wife’s coolant was low in her car and she topped it off for free, showed me that my oil level was low and then topped off my oil free of charge as well! She even printed me up a new sticker detailing how soon my wife’s oil needs to be changed. Yall got a great one here in Miss Kay!! She deserves a raise for her excellent service!!!

Went here for my yearly emissions test and ran into an issue with my car dying in the bay. Despite that, they were patient with me and helped me get my vehicle going again so I could be on my way.

Really appreciate how quickly the tech, Mr F (name tag) was able to complete my oil change, before C.O.B. While I wasn't sure all the components of the inspection, check & fill were accomplished, I do know they didn't clean my windshields. However, he did tell me that my front passenger windshield wiper was due for a replacement soon. Perhaps he just forgot to clean my windshields because it was the end of day. I told them I was leaving for a family emergency which is why I arrived before C.O.B., and they got the oil change done, fast in 15mins! Additionally, because I was in the car I got to see how they go thru your glove compartment to check the cabin filter, of which I'd recently had replaced from my car dealership. I was very surprised to see leaves in the filter & he politely explained how they could have gotten there. You learn something new everyday is what my Grandfather use to say! When I'm not so rushed to get out of town, I would definitely go back ensuring receiving all what the oil change includes, next time. Jiffy Lube has been around for a long time & I really appreciate the 12 month warranty, too!

I really enjoy coming to this location and my service providers remember including details of my last visit. I don’t usually have a lot of time like many of us so catching up on emails while they serviced, oil change with additional recommendation was exactly what I needed. Great Job yall ! If you visit make sure see DJ they will take care of you.

This was my first time at this jiffy lube. My experience was great!!! I have been a customer for 9/10 years usually at the LaVista location. Today was my last day visiting the LaVista Rd location due to a rude manager who basically told me to go the the Lawrenceville location because he didn’t have an oil filter for my car. He was not the nicest at all. While at the Lawrenceville location I ran into the general manager that I have known since I started going to jiffy lube and we had a great conversation and I was able to discuss my issues about the LaVista Rd store manager.

The young light skinned pretty girl was so pleasant and I would bring every car I own there for oil change I came in on Sunday Dec 28 round 3- 3:30 Give that Girl a Raise Cuz she needed a Fat Tip & Lunch
