Great customer service. Super fast and reliable. I bring all my cars here??????????

Mechanics @ this Jiffy Lube location (Austin & Brandon) we're really nice and helpful once we got going! Gave 4/5 for the minor wait time. Decided to take a video for my review; the parking lot and bay are clean! Austin asked if I'd ever been to a JL before. NOPE. He explained everything to me from start to finish about the options for my car based on the make/model/year. He guided me to their website???? to access their current coupon??options! They'll drive your car into the bay area while you sit in the air conditioned lobby ??24 mins from driving in to driving out. I was there from 12:05 PM to 12:29 PM. The inspection communication was loud, clear. Their tag team efforts were seamless! My experience was engaging and interactive. Brandon allowed me to type in my customer information; ??LOVED it! I left feeling a part of the crew and a valued customer. Aside from maybe a 1-2 minute wait for someone to come help me, I had a great experience at this location. I think they've earned my next visit for sure. I might be changing into an Ex-EOC customer, ijs????

Austin, the district manager, was very kind and professional. The service was great!

Thank you for being fast They are very talented

Really fast !very nice !

The team was efficient and friendly!

I went to several location and they could not change my oil due to the plastic plug (2026 Nissan rogue) and I went here and they were able to do the service in under 20 min. Very nice staff!

Brandon was awesome he was professional kind and patient.

I was waited on immediately. The manager was pleasant & the service was quick & correct. I had asked for new windshield wipers & the manager was patient & taught me why I had to either order the wipers specially or go to a dealership(rain sensors). I truly appreciate this! They chevked my tire pressure, too. Thank you & I will be back.

Great experience from start to finish! Both technicians (Tina & TJ) were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job fixing the under-car noise and restoring my headlights. I really appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend this shop! ?????

Sammy and John provided great service.

Accidentally found this Jiffy Lube on a Thursday at 10A after being told by 2 separate Take 5s that they didn’t have oil available for my car. This Jiffy Lube did have the oil and service was prompt, professional, with no hard sells. Entire process was about 10-15 mins. No complaints.

The guys were quick, straight to the point and friendly.
