Everything was done correctly. Friendly faces and timely service…Christina was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process. Wesley went through every thing and verified all the work was done.

Me and my mom were greeted by Wesley and he escorted us to the lobby on a very hot day. It. Was cool in the lobby and cold refreshments. I was surprised to see women doing the same job you normally see men doing and they did an amazing job. They communicated well, they kept it professional, and after taking another look at my mother's vehicle once we got home like I always do, there were no leaks and no mess. Thanks for taking care of Mom and not pressuring upsales. Thank you for doing a great job on my vehicle Will and Cristena and for making us feel at home Wesley! Upsales drive me away from these types of places. Glad we finally found one without the aggravation! ?? We'll be back every oil change! Now for my own vehicle, too. 1 customer lead to 2!

Great team there, answered all the questions and took care of everything.

We had an amazing experience with Ben and his Sunday crew!! We came in a little close to close (I apologize for that), but they still took wonderful care of us!! My car service light suggested I get my tires rotated, instead of taking my money Ben talked me through how it wasn’t necessary at this time and gave me some great information about my Nissan. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't mind my 6 year old asking all the questions. He even gave him a little 3D printed frog from his desk that he had made, whose name is now Ribbit!! Thank you Ben and team for a great personable experience!!!

Great experience today!! The shop was busy.. but Heaven was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. She took the time to make sure everything was done right and never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Excellent customer service!! I’ll definitely be back!!

I’ve been thinking about the interaction I had here for a couple days and I wanted to share some thoughts that I genuinely hope are taken to heart. Sometimes just going through the day-to-day task list (like getting an oil change) puts you in the path of someone who radiates good vibes and really highlights the kind of person you want to be there to help ya out. That’s Wesley. And even more than himself, his crew. The way he spoke so highly of them, handled the line of customers, and made sure everyone had what they needed to get their job done was refreshing. I truly hope someone in higher management recognizes Wesley and his team’s value to this company and rewards all of them accordingly.

All I got was an oil change but had to leave a review. Mainly because the staff was so friendly and efficient. Wesley helped me out and provided excellent customer service.

My grandson and I sat in the car while the technician changed my oil and they were so professional and offered us a bottle of water. I would definitely go back.

My experience at Jiffy lube was outstanding! They had me in and out within 30 minutes. They were very thorough and efficient and went above and beyond. I was offered free refreshments durin my wait. I highly recommend there services to everyone!

This is my second time having my oil changed at this location. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The even found me a discount, so that I ended up paying less than I expected. I will definitely go back for my next oil change.

Exceptional quick service.

Did a very thorough job, very polite and young girl who initially met me with info/sign in board was very sweet and accommodating. They also appreciate our service members and give a military discount. Will definitely use them as my future place for oil change and tire service. The only thing they didn't do was show me the oil dipstick when done servicing my car which most all places do so you know your oil change is completed. I own a 2016 Buick Enclave, oil change and new filter was a total of $103 before military discount. Total pd was $77 so very pleased?
