Just recently had service done on my car here. The staff worked efficiently and they were all very friendly and helped keep me updated the whole time!

I went June 3rd 2026 around 10:30am and I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was incredibly kind and professional and took her time to explain to me and show me what my service required. The technicians were very professional and kinds as well. I will definitely be visiting this location. Again !

Got my oil changed today staff was very professional and was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff were able to walk me through everything that was going on with my car pointed out what they recommend I get looked at at the dealership since it was still under warranty and what I can wait on very grateful and appreciate their work

Exceptional customer service at Jiffy Lube on Watson, Warner Robins, GA. Please go there and experience the people, they work as a team. They are the most efficient, friendly lube service that I have ever been to. Everyone worked with each other to get me in and out. They offered me services that I would have otherwise not thought of; like tire rotation, new windshield wipers and other safety services that I should have gotten earlier. They are so transparent. The technicians show you your filters before replacing them, and let you decide whether to replace them or not. I 100% recommend this team! Awesome Service, and Optimum services! Jiffy Lube in WR on Watson Blvd has the best staff ever!!!! They're very attentive and prompt. They let you know exactly what's going on with your vehicle. They have the quickest oil change in town. You can't go wrong with this team. Keep up the great work!
