Exceptional customer service at Jiffy Lube on Watson, Warner Robins, GA. Please go there and experience the people, they work as a team. They are the most efficient, friendly lube service that I have ever been to. Everyone worked with each other to get me in and out. They offered me services that I would have otherwise not thought of; like tire rotation, new windshield wipers and other safety services that I should have gotten earlier. They are so transparent. The technicians show you your filters before replacing them, and let you decide whether to replace them or not. I 100% recommend this team! Awesome Service, and Optimum services! Jiffy Lube in WR on Watson Blvd has the best staff ever!!!! They're very attentive and prompt. They let you know exactly what's going on with your vehicle. They have the quickest oil change in town. You can't go wrong with this team. Keep up the great work!

Excellent, excellent, excellent service every time I go! Coupons on the website help a lot as well. They’re clear on what they offer and suggest, but not pushy at all just to make an extra sale. They’ve even given me a head’s up on things that needed attention on my car that they don’t even provide the services for. Always really friendly and helpful, not to mention FAST with the actual oil change itself.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. They are efficient and get me in and out.

They honored the discount but they said they checked my computer and listed at least three things that they couldn’t have because my car doesn’t have a chip, 1989 Cadillac Allante. They wanted $34 to change a $8 filter that take three swivel bolts to ease it out.

Everyone was just so wonderful and sweet.

The people were friendly and efficient. They did an oil change and a check of the radiator fluid, which is something I never heard of in 60 years of driving and working on cars.
