Came in for an oil change, with the expectation of being pressured into additional unneeded services. The technician found one of my tag lights was out. And everything else looked great. Fast, professional, and efficient without any hype. Full synthetic oil changed with filter $99

I’d like to give Roger a 5-star review for his professionalism and customer service. After a service issue at the Roswell location during my daughter’s oil change, her car had to be towed to the Woodstock location late Saturday afternoon. Since the Woodstock location was closed on Sunday, Roger made it a priority to work on her car first thing Monday morning. He took the time to sit down with us, clearly explain what happened, and keep us updated throughout the process. Before we left, he made sure everything was fully corrected and that we felt comfortable with the resolution. I truly appreciate the care and attention he showed in handling this situation.

Amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube! I came in for a synthetic oil change and the service was fast, friendly, and professional. Trevon was my service tech and was awesome—super personable and took the time to chat with me about shared nerdy interests that both us and our significant others share, which made the whole visit enjoyable instead of feeling like a chore. Wazi was equally great—very friendly and completely transparent about costs when using a Groupon, which I really appreciated. He even showed me a super helpful trick for getting the filter out of the glove box. Both of them went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. I’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this location!

The tech that helped me wasvery courteous. He checked all the fluids and put air in my tires. I asked him to check my windshield wipers and he said they were fine. He said i needed a new air filter. Instead of just telling me, he showed me mine and a new one so i could see for myself. I was very impressed with the tech that helped me. I was in and out of there within 10-15 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Roger and Nathan was Awesome. Unfortunately for women, there’s always a reluctance when it comes to car repairs but these guys were stellar. I would definitely recommend this company for repairs and especially women. My quote for my first repair was $30.00 less and the 2nd repair was $40.00 less. I’m not saying that will happen every time but it was refreshing to see. Way to go fella’s.
