Love the location, friendly staff & fast honest service...got my oil changed within 15mins...the ?? green tea hot beverage station a plus

Sis at Pearl Kai location was so helpful! Yesterday I was advised by the Punchbowl location to go to Pearl Kai or Dillingham for the appropriate lifts for my odyssey. Went to Dillingham, but there was drama outside with chronics & car issues (what did I expect, I was in the hood.) BUT there were several customers who were waiting for a while just to pay. Never seen the waiting room so crowded. Apparently their boss who was outside dealing with the chronics was the only one who knew everything: Questions about the vehicles and how to work the computer. So the mechanics attempted to do my tire rotation without him and said they didn’t have the appropriate lift. I then needed to wait for the boss to come back so I could ask which location was properly equipped. He said Pearl Kai has different lifts. I called Pearl Kai Jiffy Lube yesterday and spoke to sis (didn’t get her name) who told me they most likely have the same lift, but I came anyways. I met her today and she was super nice and helpful! From a busy mama, much thanks to sis and the mechanic(s) who were able to actually do my tire rotation on my odyssey WITH THE SAME EXACT LIFTS AS DILLINGHAM (who needed to move the car to line up with the lift). I live in town so the other locations were always convenient, but I had too many consecutive issues with Manoa & Dillingham so I’ll be coming to Pearl Kai for now ??

The Jiffy Lube Manager and her Team jumped into action and quickly diagnosed the key issue! They saved us money and time, all before 9 am, making it to work on time. My wife and I were very happy with the customer service.

Workers was very friendly, very cooperative gave me estimate and found the real problem for my vehicle.

It’s very convenient to have the crew work on my car after a long day at work.

The staff from the general managers to the techs are all so friendly and professional. Not knowing my usual safety inspection site is closed today, I needed to find a place to get it done and they were happy to help. They squeezed me in and I truly appreciate them doing so. I was anticipating waiting at least 2-3 hours due to being a walk-in, but they got to me right away. Fast, Fantastic experience and will be continuing to come for additional services as needed. The waiting area is so comfortable, clean, and complementary coffee and water. A class act and I will be recommending them to family, friends, and co-workers!

If you are having vehicle issues or just need a simple oil change you need to come here especially if you want to be treated like family! The customer service here is top notch and I will be coming here for now on. If you are not totally sure what your issue is ask for Nel she is amazing at troubleshooting the issue and loves her job! Make this place your routine stop!

Came in with the front panel of my car hanging off, they put it back on, rotated my tires, filled the fluids and gave me a quote on new brake pads that I didnt know were getting bad. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The best mechanic experience I have ever had! I drive clear across the island because I won’t go to anyone else! Clearance and his team are so great and so kind. Always fix my truck problems so fast when I’m in and out of there. Love them so much!!!

I come here every year and bring my own Toyota oem oil and they do a very great job

We absolutely love this Jiffy Lube. The staff is very inviting, positive and welcoming. We got our breaks checked and oil service; found out we need new brakes and rotors; they hooked us up within a week. We highly recommend this location.
