Jay at jiffy lube pearl Kai location hooked me up with a last minute oil change and really showed me aloha and got my type r up to speed. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to this location.

This is my go to for yearly oil change and usually the safety check as well. Sometimes the safety isn't possible - but my timing was perfect on this visit. I also love the fact the place is run by women! Go Nell!!! But the team does a great job and has me in and out quickly. And no qualms about me watching to make sure the oil and new filter I brought are what was used. I will continue to have this Jiffy Lube service and maintain my car.

Came to jiffy lube, and asked to have my tire to look at due to losing tire pressure. They spotted a nail that I somehow missed. They were able to patch it in no time and get me back on the road. Technician was helpful and I appreciate their help.

A lot of help for really anything you need. Very cheap and quick work. I will definitely come here every time.

Went in on Sunday May, 3 2026 for safety check. Lucky there was No line and took 15 min.

It only took less than 30 minutes to finish my oil change and ac filter. People are very friendly and helpful. I am satisfied with their service.

I got there when they opened, was super quick and efficient. I know I can trust the employees to not try and upsell me products I don’t need. Was disappointed they didn’t have a tech who could do my safety inspection. My experience was very positive, I am a returning customer.

I am so blessed to have come to the Aiea Jiffy Lube across of Pearl ridge ... From the first beginning when I first needed help on a different day, they were really nice and was able to explain to me clear about my car. They were very polite and understanding today I arrive to get my radiator fixed. Brandon did such an awesome job and Nelly was an awesome worker. Also, I will definitely be coming back to this location instead of the ones I usually go to In town, I recommend Jiffy Lube in Aiea To anyone who needs a repair job the whole staff and crew are awesome and excellent.
