Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 98-199 KAMEHAMEHA HWY STE G3, AIEA, HI, 96701-4820

Always love coming here

Super friendly team. Explained everything clearly.

The lady was personable and friendly. Made the experience great

On a late Friday evening at 6:46 pm one of my tire pressures dropped from 31 to 26. These guys spent at least 15 minutes and found a leak, and then fixed my tire for around $30. The shop was supposed to close at seven, but they stayed open for me. Fantastic customer service going way above and beyond to help an older lady with her dog before the hurricane hits tomorrow. I appreciate it so much!

Best location on island! Always friendly staff and they do a great job ??

Good environment, friendly service. I would come back here for all car needs. Fast service. Brandon thank you so much for staying and helping with my tires, even after being clocked out. I really appreciate it

Staff is amazing

Amazing customer service where things are explained. I watched the team here with other customers and myself. They go over everything and ensure you know what you are getting and do not try to fast talk anyone to get anything they don’t want. 100% recommend.

Fast and efficient! Great service.

Always awesome service and team and oriole!! Thank you!

Great customer service! I was in and out really fast and was greeted within the first minute of pulling up, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Service was very fast and efficient. Thank you to Rogelyn and Isreal, you guys are the best!

Costumer service is so accommodating , I am well informed about my car needs, as they’re really going to take care of it as their own. As my first time here I would say excellent.

Great staff!

Wonderful, kind, helpful staffs. Thank you all. You're great!!!

Oil change and air filter change. Also removed a broken plate under the car.

Long wait for service, but staff is great. Nel knows what she is doing and took great of my vehicle. This my go to spot.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, they even offered me some lunch ?? got the brakes on my dingy car working, also showed & explained what needed fixing ! Definitely coming back

Quick and effective local service. Car sounds great now.

Rogelyn and Ethan James were amazing!!

So fast!

The team of Nelda, Ethan James, and Rogelyn were absolutely outstanding. Very friendly and mission driven.

Always GREAT Service here. Professional staff and clean service waiting area with complimentary coffee and water. Nelda and Rogelyn got me checked in right away and explained everything. Brandon made quick work of my service and had me back out on the road. Will definitely keep coming back.

Great, fast customer service

Rogelyn and Brandon provided excellent service for my oil change. They are professional and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I will definitely come back for my next oil change!

Great service with Nel.

Brandon was my mechanic and he did great job and the lady in office who took payment was wonderful as well. I was really impatient by them, professional and friendly. A lot of aloha was shown. Thank you guys, I will never go to another place again.

Very friendly, very helpful, service was quick and easy! I went in for an oil change and they kindly let me know I was not due for one. So instead, they canceled the oil change with no hassle, took care of my safety check instead, and treated me like family!

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now for my routine oil changes & I always have a great experience. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, & efficient. I love that they always seem to remember me too! At one point, I noticed the crew was mostly women which I thought was so cool to see! Nothing against the guys but I love seeing women thriving in fields that are traditionally male dominated. The facility is always clean & the team does a great job of thoroughly explaining what they serviced on my vehicle. They also provide recommendations for future visits to help keep my car well maintained. I always leave feeling taken care of and confident that my car is in good hands. Definitely my go-to spot for oil changes!

Fastest service I’ve ever had. People were friendly, professional and direct. Business was clean, bathrooms clean, ai/c and served good coffee. I will be a returning customer.

Excellent service and always helpful

I had a very good experience with jiffy lube multicare to me I think they are pretty fast and they do a good job

Great customer service team as always! Fast and efficient, friendly service!

Quick efficient service!
