best jiffy lube there is on the island. the workers are all so kind, Casey is the best to work with! The line was long but they were quick and it really only took 15 mins for the oil change. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Great service

Just finished my oil change and I’m happy about the experience. From the moment I arrived Jamar set the tone which was friendly. Then when the service was done, Kasey had my vehicle waiting for me. She explained the importance of completing a routine oil change. She was professional and everything went smooth. I recommend this place to everyone.

Fast Service good people and real nice

This place is the best. I come here all the time. This time their technician was on his lunch break but he ended his break early so he could work on my car. Customer service is the best of any jiffy lube on the island.

We were very satisfied with the speed of our oil change and impressed by the service provided, the cashier Kasey letting us know about a coupon we were eligible for.

I got here in a jiffy, and got my car engine lubed up unfortunately there was a one hour wait to do that. Also, I brought my own oil and oil filter which I didn’t know I can do :D

Got me in and out for an oil change on my lunch break! Took less than 30 minutes in and out and they were very through and made sure all fluids and filters were replaced and clean! One of the best Jiffy Lube’s on island!

I took my work truck here a few months ago and the service was great. I thought probably because its a work truck, so I decided to try take my personal car and see if the service would be the same. I was very surprised it was just as great as the first time. Kasey at the punchbowl location checked all the boxes that good customer service should be. She helped me the first time as well. She was prompt when I pulled in, asked the right questions, suggestive sold because my filters did need to be changed, and she made me feel like I would be taken care of all the time. I plan to take all my cars there.

no reservation needed, drive up to lot and park and wait. got my safety check for license renewal along with oil change. staff is chill and very helpful. definitely will come back again!

It may be an inconvenient location, but it is a hidden gem for car service. I come here every time for my basic car needs
