I got here in a jiffy, and got my car engine lubed up unfortunately there was a one hour wait to do that. Also, I brought my own oil and oil filter which I didn’t know I can do :D

Got me in and out for an oil change on my lunch break! Took less than 30 minutes in and out and they were very through and made sure all fluids and filters were replaced and clean! One of the best Jiffy Lube’s on island!

I took my work truck here a few months ago and the service was great. I thought probably because its a work truck, so I decided to try take my personal car and see if the service would be the same. I was very surprised it was just as great as the first time. Kasey at the punchbowl location checked all the boxes that good customer service should be. She helped me the first time as well. She was prompt when I pulled in, asked the right questions, suggestive sold because my filters did need to be changed, and she made me feel like I would be taken care of all the time. I plan to take all my cars there.

I was genuinely impressed by my experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Kasey, the GM, is an absolute gem. She remembered me right away, even though it’s been over six months since my last visit. Not only is she friendly and professional, but also honest and genuinely caring — qualities that are rare to find these days. People like Kasey are the reason customers keep coming back. I truly hope Jiffy Lube recognizes her and takes good care of her, because employees like her are hard to come by. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

Kasey was super helpful, accommodating, friendly, kind, and just all around welcoming! Didn't meet the rest of the team, but the service was quicker than quoted and will be back for all oil changes, and safety checks.

I came here for an oil change, but I was able to leave with a much needed tire rotation, safety inspection, and air filter replacement. Thanks to them, I was able to renew my registration after letting it lapse for a year and a half. I’m so grateful for the work Ryanna and her team did when I all expected was an oil change. I plan on going to this Jiffy Lube forever now!

I have not gone to a jiffy lube in years but I was in need of a quick oil change for a car I’m selling. The wrench light was on but the oil was full and it was clean but figured I would get it done for the next buyer. The staff person Ryanna comes to me and says we can change the oil if you want but it doesn’t need it. Amazing and refreshing to have honest people working out there taking care of the customers the right way. They checked my fluids and air in tires for free. Incredible. Thank you ?? so much

Great customer service. Called about a week ago. Provided great information and cost about different vehicles services. The Manager “Ryanna”would check in periodically to inform me of new findings or recommendation. I would highly recommend this location

Excellent service staff were friendly and helpful

Ryanna was amazing. She recommended me a better option for oil than I was planning and was never pushy. Offered to change a light bulb that went out and filled my tires without me having to say anything. They didn’t have the light bulb I needed but she offered to change it for me if I got the bulb from oriely’s. I will always come back to this jiffy lube I can’t express enough how amazing and attentive she was. You rock Ryanna!

Had gone to a different jiffy lube (avoid the one off king st.) and had a bad experience. Called Kasey the manager of the one on punchbowl, and she took care of me like her own family! She was so attentive to make sure I felt informed and aware of what was going on with my vehicle and assured me & showed me each service. Was really grateful for how much she cared about making sure I trusted them & she just went above and beyond in not just service but hospitality. Not only are they good at what they do but great people! Can’t thank Kasey enough for her kindness ???? bring your business here!

Unlike 555 N.King, all the staff here were very helpful. 555 is as bad as it used to be.

My car stopped on Pali and this place popped up on Google Map. No reservation was necessary and they helped me right away!

It may be an inconvenient location, but it is a hidden gem for car service. I come here every time for my basic car needs
