Fast, friendly, efficient service

The team here is friendly and takes great care of my car. This location can get busy so you should expect a bit of a wait unless you're lucky, but that's to be expected in town. They are efficient and well staffed, so I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I have social anxiety and driving anxiety so getting my car serviced in any way has the potential to become very stressful, but the team here is kind, informative, and non-judgmental!

Early this morning I stopped by to have my oil and car battery checked, and Brandon from the mechanic/customer service team helped me out. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable with all the questions I had. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. He said my car was fine but checked to make sure everything was fine & it was. What really touched me is that he even had the same first name as my late husband, Brandon. It made the experience feel extra special. As a widow who doesn’t know much about cars, I truly appreciate people like him who take the time to help and don’t take advantage of that. Mahalo and kudos to you, Brandon, for making my morning. Mahalo plenty! Satisfied customer:)

Definitely recommend going here for a quick oil change. They're also very honest about what needs priority replacement.

Had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. The oil change itself was not that long though. I've always used Jiffy Lube!

I couldn’t believe the service I had at Jiffy Lube. Everybody was on top of it. They took care of me showed me everything that needed to be replaced. Everybody was professional. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. It felt like.
