Drove up with my son to get his oil change for his truck. Was greeted right away by Leilani. It’s his first time here doing oil change for his truck and they explained everything to us. Micah and Leilani and the braddahs doing the change was awesome! We will definitely be back with the rest our family vehicles!

Jiffy Lube open on a Sunday which is pretty awesome bc I’m off on the weekend & it’s hard to make in on a weekday. Fala & Kaipo were an awesome team for my oil change. They handled us promptly, fairly, and recommended things I needed (brake flush) but didn’t have time this morning but I’ll be back! Thanks guys!

The staff was amazing and flexible. I came in to have my tire looked at because it kept losing air. I was able to get right in, they found that I had driven over a nail. I asked if a new tire could be put on right then and the boss happened to have it available. It was great that they had staff on hand and everyone helped out. Thanks to them, I was able to keep my appointments that day. Highly recommend!

The Jiffy Lube on North King Street in Honolulu hooked me up!! I’ve been here in the past and have always had good experiences. The staff are kind, their work is always top notch and this time they detected an issue with my brake fluid that I didn’t know was an issue. Definitely go see these wonderful people. They’ll get you in and out fast.

Jiffy Lube 555 N King St. is my best recommendation. Workers there are all nice and kind. I feel more comfortable here than the other services shop I went to before. Oh and fast workers too. Thanks Jiffy Lube. I’ll surely come back on my next service.

One day I came too late they were closed but Fala helped me to check my oil and he put oil cause he said I was empty and said I owed him nothing, what a sweet guy. Also was told they are opened Sunday! Yay! I finally went back to oil change and rotate my tires and was greated so kindly by Ariel who took my info and set me up with service Thank you Jiffy Lube for Friendly fast efficient Service!

Gala - Crew Chief was my 1st contact when I arrived at Jiffy Lube in kalihi. He greeted me with kindness and respect knew it was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube kalihi, and assisted me accordingly with my full synthetic oil change in less than 15 minutes of waiting. I highly recommend coming here for your oil change and other services, they truly treat you like family.

I had a great experience. They changed my oil for me no problem and then my tires were balding and they found a competitive price for me with four options and they were able to replace all my tires for me for pretty cheap and it was nice and easy so I had a good experience. The manager’s name was Cameron. He was awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to a Jiffy Lube. The staff here is the reason that I will continue to return to Jiffy Lube for services. They provided a sense of community, aloha, and some laughs. It was nice to take care of my to-do list with simply overall good people. This was genuinely the best experience I have had while getting an oil change. I highly recommend the King Street location in Honolulu (555 N King St.) The staff was professional, friendly, efficient, and service was completed pretty quickly. I really enjoyed that I had a view of what was being done on my car; the transparency increased my confidence in what was being done. I did not feel overcharged, or oversold for ways I could improve my car's performance. There was no pressure for upsells (just options presented and affirmed afterward) which made choosing what was best for my car, actually easier as a decision. I also enjoyed the videos in the waiting area that instruct you on how to know certain needs of your car (like break fluid levels). I was in the Lahaina Fire on Maui before shipping my car here to Oahu and used this vehicle to escape the fire. I had not factored in the air filter condition afterward, and the team brought it over to me to see the effects. I feel more at ease knowing I will be driving my family around with cleaner breathing now. I've also had an issue with the wipers for too many years, and they helped with a replacement. Now that I live where it rains often, I am relieved that I can see clearly. My oil change was seamless, and reminders by mileage is very appreciated since I often forget by that time. Thanks for the great service!
