Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 220 S DUFF AVE, AMES, IA, 50010-6642

Very friendly atmosphere. People treated me right

I had an Oil Change and wipers replaced…very professional and great service..I would recommend!!

Very friendly and prompt service. Bought tires at walmart, but have had nothing but problems with installs there. So I brought them over to jiffy lube to have them put on. Price was very reasonable, and they got it done right away.

Very professional job done

Pulled in for an oil change, Steve is an excellent service manager, very professional and very kind. Listened to what I wanted, checked everything and even vacuumed my car out. Store was clean and even had water for the waiting area. Nice atmosphere and very friendly service staff. Even though I paid for a service plan with my car, I won't do the hassle of turning it in when I can go to Steve and be treated right! I plan on bringing all my vehicles to Steve at the Ames Jiffy Lube from now on.

Steve was honest, I went there while I was visiting my daughter at Iowa State and I feel confident sending her there for oil changes and engine work.

Alisha was amazing and super helpful! I needed a new tire ASAP and she was able to help me get it ordered and fixed first thing the next morning.

Very welcoming group, polite And friendly And quick service, your are informed of things your car might need. Thanks

Quick, friendly, and didn't push the extras too hard.

Excellent service! Greeted me with a smile and ‘we are here for you’ attitude!

Nice quick and friendly service persons. From the garage to the front desk. Thank you

Great service. Came in to get new tires put on and balanced, one of my lugs were stripped and needed replaced. They replaced this at no cost. Overall, wonderful experience with Jiffy Lube and will be back!

Very fast and friendly and fair price

Steve was great thanks Ames Jiffy Lube

The team was fast, helpful, comfortable, and affordable. Can’t ask for much more than that…maybe a candy jar?

The team was super efficient. Did not make me uncomfortable with upsells; just showed me some promos (which I got because I forgot I needed to replace my wipers). Told me about some possible issues with Walmart threading my oil pan bolt, which I would have never known about. Basically everything you would expect from an experience with Jiffy lube. Thanks!

Great customer service.

The people were so nice and friendly, I had several things done. It was fast and reasonable in price. Really impressed with the service and people, definitely will be letting everyone know, and will be back again!

Staff was very courteous. Service was very quick. Had a great experience.

Another Top Notch oil change. This Team is awesome and Prompt. Just like always , fast , in and out in a Jiffy!

Got an oil change. Excellent service. They do run a diagnostic and make recommendations based on mileage and type of vehicle. But no pressure to upsell in anything. Work completed in less than 30 min.

Very nice people not too pushy

Very pleasant and fast service.

The gal at the check out desk was so very nice! What a great experience, I did not feel pressured to buy the store for once.

They were quick and full synthetic was a reasonable price!

The in can filter price is ridiculous! Be savvy ahead of time and check prices elsewhere.

Friendly Group of employees,Explained the different Oil types I could use in my truck and the price difference,Checked my tire tread depth I requested of them and had me quickly back on the road.

Very helpful service! They finished it very quickly and were understanding of me picking it up a couple hours later. Would recommend!
