First off amazing service, and explained everything to me in great detail! Broke down all of the pricing and benefits to all the different oil choices for my car! The speed of service and smiles on all employees faces when I walked through the door! This truly was an amazing first experience!

I am a traveling hospice nurse in the waterloo/cedar falls area so I am driving all day. I put hundreds of miles a week on my car and have to have oil changes often. I really appreciated Kyle at the cedar falls location today. He was kind, explained everything about the different oil change options available to me and was teaching other workers all at the same time!! Fine example of wonderful customer service!!

Guys were quick efficient and friendly even tho I came in right at closing time. (Unbeknown to me) even had to stay a few minutes after but they didnt act as tho it was a big deal. Just happy to help. Great service highly recommend
