Nice quick oil change

People were friendly. Didn't wash windows Didn't vacuum. Was quiet surprised. Kind of like here's your hat what's our hurry.

Fast, friendly and informative!

They were quick it was pretty much painless. Just make sure you get a coupon off the Internet. You can get like a $25 one off for a full synthetic so you can get your oil changed for like 100 bucks.. They also pulled my codes and put on a locking gas cap for me that I have got from Amazon. I’ll go back in 3 or 3k for my next one.

Probably the most friendly Jiify Lube ever! All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Fast oil change, headlight and wipers for half of what the dealership was going to charge.

I had the best EVER experience at this jiffy lube. I believe Denise was the lady that helped me and she was made what could have been a boring trip so much fun and full of laughter and Jeremy was very kind. I visited over a week ago and I can’t wait for my next oil change to see these people and their smiling faces again. You don’t know what someone might be going through in life and you guys sure did lighten my day. See you soon

Stopped in tonight about ten minutes till 5 for a signature service, and the website said open till 6 but I found out after getting there holiday hours had them closing at 5 (sign inside waiting room). Didn’t matter to the three guys working though, they were super friendly, didn’t say a word about me keeping them late, and got me taken care of quick. Nick, Colton and Dave great customer service, thanks!

Fast and excellent service. I highly recommend Jimmy Lube in Council Bluffs (Broadway Location.) The service was explained before being done. I had my oil changed, tires rotated and cabin filter changed.
