Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2312 W BROADWAY, COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA, 51501-3614

Though there were only two people, I was in and out pretty fast. They were very professional and effectively communicated with me through my time over there. I highly recommend it.

I was having a very off day, having so many car issues for months, after so much time trying to fix the big things - I pulled up & my brain couldn't handle anything else. They were quick, efficient & so friendly… it was refreshing to be able to be treated like family & have my oil changed, tires aired up and recommendations (without the pressure) on what to focus my attention on next. Thank you very much ???? Will definitely be back!

Thank you so very much Scott, Chris and Joe!! My husband and I were in town to take our grandson to the Zoo and stopped at HyVee to get some snacks. When we came out to the car it would not start. Being almost 4 hours away from home we did not know what we were going to do. I saw that there was a Jiffy Lube across the street so we walked over there with our 7 year old grandson and explained our situation to the guys. They did not hesitate to help us ! They walked with us over to the parking lot gave us a jump and scanned our car. Once they got the car started, they tightened the cable to the battery and let us know that if it didn't start they would a battery and put it in the next morning. My husband is blind and I was in a panic!! In a city full of many people and no one else would help us, three angels came to our rescue and would not take payment in return! It's nice to know that there are still good people in the world!! Thank you so much Scott, Chris, and Joe!! Your kindness was greatly appreciated! You're my miracle guys!!

Great job

Great and fast service in and out

SO FAST!!! We were out in 10 minutes! Great job at the Jiffy Lube off Broadway in Council Bluffs! It cost 120 bucks but it’s the price of oil and high everywhere right now.

Had a great experience. Everyone who work there seemed very experience and I felt like my car was in good hands.

Great service! Super fast. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

When I pulled in, it was pouring down rain. Everybody was kind and courteous. All my dash lights are reset and no longer looks like Christmas in September! Thank you!

I came in to get an oil change and after waiting for a short time my vehicle was done. No up-sale no pressure to buy a higher priced oil change or air filter, just here’s your bill in a professional manner. I paid it and was on my way. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

It was great, a sweet female mechanic helped me and didn’t make me or my babies get out of the car. It was fast and she was even making them laugh, all while doing her job quickly!

These people are Aces in their service and user friendly with their customers.

Went in for an oil change — Shockingly fast, super nice, and made sure the wipers/air filter were up to snuff. Also offered to check and rotate my tires. Love the gal who was working the front office 10/10!
