Fast service, but you pay for it!

Quick, efficient and quality service. At a reasonable price.

Customer service was amazing!

Got an oil change, tires rotated and new filter. Did what I asked them to do without pressuring me to get other stuff I didn’t need. In and out in 40 minutes

Was given a full detailed explanation of inspection of vehicle. Detailed list of recommended repairs. Was able to decline repairs I could do myself. All in all great experience.

Jason and Colton provided absolutely amazing service. Great interpersonal skills and long term customer retention skills. Great service in a timely manner. Promote these 2 they can run a store themselves!!

Absolutely the best oil change I've had in a long time no appointment, they stayed past their closing time to make sure all their customers were serviced.

Very polite and knowledgeable employees. I appreciated them explaining things to me. I gave them a 4 because I felt the cost for an oil change and tire rotation was a little costly

I arrived about 8:15 without an appointment. I was greeted, got my oil changed and was on my way. Everything ran smoothly.

I was so happy I stopped by Jiffy Lube in Grimes today to get my oil changed. They all were very friendly and did a good job checking everything. Told me what needed to be done and couldn’t do it. Other places have not done that. I will go back. Thank you guys and gal. You did a very good job.

They could have charged me a lot more. Instead they found a leak & suggested I take advantage of their free too off until I get it fixed. They replaced my license plate light, topped everything off & aired up my tires. All without talking down to this old lady. They refused a tip. Everyone was super friendly, patient explaining what needed done. I will recommend the Grimes Jiffy Lube to everyone.

Employees were extremely kind and understanding, even got me an oil change in the price range I could afford to avoid me going to a not so good auto place. I really appreciated that.

My change oil light came on so I stopped in. Gentleman came in to show me the dip stick and that the oil was not in need of changing yet. Pointed out the sticker in my window showed another 3000 miles. They could have changed it and charged me without saying a word! Went over a couple of noises that could be heard and a light on in the dash. Very honest, great communication, and very polite. Jiffy Lube Grimes

Fast and surprisingly cheap. Iv done my own oil for most of my life. However we all get to that age. These gents made it a pleasant experience.
