I arrived about 8:15 without an appointment. I was greeted, got my oil changed and was on my way. Everything ran smoothly.

They are honest about what I need for my car and what I don't. I get tired of other places insisting that I need a new filter everything I get my oil changed.

I was so happy I stopped by Jiffy Lube in Grimes today to get my oil changed. They all were very friendly and did a good job checking everything. Told me what needed to be done and couldn’t do it. Other places have not done that. I will go back. Thank you guys and gal. You did a very good job.

They could have charged me a lot more. Instead they found a leak & suggested I take advantage of their free too off until I get it fixed. They replaced my license plate light, topped everything off & aired up my tires. All without talking down to this old lady. They refused a tip. Everyone was super friendly, patient explaining what needed done. I will recommend the Grimes Jiffy Lube to everyone.

Employees were extremely kind and understanding, even got me an oil change in the price range I could afford to avoid me going to a not so good auto place. I really appreciated that.

My change oil light came on so I stopped in. Gentleman came in to show me the dip stick and that the oil was not in need of changing yet. Pointed out the sticker in my window showed another 3000 miles. They could have changed it and charged me without saying a word! Went over a couple of noises that could be heard and a light on in the dash. Very honest, great communication, and very polite. Jiffy Lube Grimes

Guys were great when I brought my son's car in for an overdue oil change. Quick and detailed. Made recommendations for service but weren't pushy.

I am a dedicated Jiffy Lube customer because I feel I always get the best quality results. So I am writing this review. My recent service located in the Grimes area helped me with a car issue that I have been struggling with for months. I didn’t receive the same assistance from the other places that I went too. Plus the cost comparison was extremely low at Jiffy Lube! So grateful!
