Been taking my truck here for years, never had any issues. The wait is never long, the work is always thorough, and the guys remember me and my truck every time I stop in. They go the extra mile, and if there’s something they can’t do they are able to provide me with instruction or products from the auto parts store next door to do it myself. They keep my 97 going strong

Under new management, the American Falls jiffy lube is terrific! Both the new manager, Travis, and his associate, Wyatt, did a superb job. Can't praise these two people enough for theie customer service and care provided to me.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. I know it's incredibly expensive-but the blacktop has huge dips that need addressed.

Travis, Chris and Kory were all so friendly and helpful. They got my oil changed fast, didn’t try to up charge me on things my car didn’t need and on top of the great service they had complimentary popcorn, coffee and water ready while we were waiting. I’ll definitely be back for all my future oil changes!

Greetings from Travis AFB., CA. Pulled up, as I was in the area traveling on my way to Minot AFB North Dakota. One car ahead of me in the pit, they were out in a couple of minutes. I was greeted and told we’ll be with you in a moment. I was then marshaled in over the pit. They ask what I needed, they directed me to a waiting room, coffee and popcorn as they conducted their assessment/inspection and began topping off all the fluids in the vehicle. Then updated me with details of recommendations. They were very thorough with outstanding work. Both gentlemen are very social and great to communicate with. The business supports military and veterans, so stop by and see what offers they can provide you with. Price was very affordable. Great customers service and professional vehicle care. Thanks guys.

Besides the pot holes in there parking lot . I had a good experience with the guys doing my oil change. Minus one for your parking lot.
