Went in for a basic oil change and had a great experience. They were fast, fixed a headlight for me, and didn’t try to upsell a bunch of services I didn’t need. Really appreciated the honesty and efficiency. I’ll definitely be back.

I liked how they walked through everything with me when they were finished.

To be honest, the man who is helping us was absolutely amazing very thorough explained everything and was very kind. It did take longer than usual, which is no big deal, but I most definitely will be back.

I personally don’t like having a new crew every time I go in . And one of them are in training. And that you only get a $3.00 credit on a $30:00 oil filter Just wondering how good a $3.00 oil filter can truly be. Let me know your thoughts on this. Thank you for your time.

I went to Jiffy Lube today just to get air put in my tires and the employees were very friendly!

Always welcoming and guiding my car in the shop,they do a fantastic job at wiping down the dust and vacuuming my interior they are so helpful giving option on certain parts of my car to give me a best experience on the road as possible.

Great place to go. Cody was very kind and service was quick.

Manager and technicians were very professional and courteous. Explained issues with vehicle and offered advice on future visits or repairs if needed. Didn't try to sell me something without explaining it. Appreciated the upfront knowledge and expertise.

Cody took the time to go out of his way to help me. I'm female and was in a heap of trouble with my car. He changed my oil and made sure everything was running right. What a comfort!!

I am writing this review because I was at a Maverik in Pocatello and in need of help. Cody was a customer and helped me remove my diesel cap because my hand strength was not very good. He was such a pleasant man. You never know who you'll meet when on the road. We had quite a conversation and during this time he told me that he manages the Jiffy Lube in Blackfoot, Idaho. Usually pretty wary of bringing my vehicles to shops as I always do my own work, but having a new car I needed to bring it to a shop for warranty purposes, checked the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. Went in today and they pulled my car in as soon as I walked in the door, we did a bit of paperwork and I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes - Car was ready to go. Showed me that my air filters were a bit dirty and weren’t offended when I informed them I’d replace them myself. Will definitely be coming back!

I was surprised at the speed of the team at the Blackfoot Jiffy lube. Diego was super friendly and fast, I was expecting to wait for al least 2 hours for my car. They had it in the shop in 45 mins then done 20 after that. They even took time double checking if they had the right air filter for my car then finding where I could purchase it. They topped off the fluids checked the wipers and everything. They were fantastic.

I was making the trip from Anchorage to Utah and these gentlemen were able to see me quick and did a great job. They got me going back on the road in 20 minutes.

Everyone at the black foot branch did an awesome job on both mine and my daughters vehicle..they walked me in the shop showed me everything that was done ?? (very professional) see you all next time thankyou

They are always quick and thorough. My car was vacuumed and windows washed. I always use Jiffy Lube for my service on my car.
