I recently had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube, and I feel compelled to share just how impressed I was with the entire team. The staff truly goes above and beyond. They are not only highly knowledgeable, but they also take the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, which is something I deeply appreciate. It’s rare to find a place where you feel completely confident that you’re getting trustworthy advice without any pressure, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. A special shoutout to Dave, Alex, and Kirsten — they were an absolute joy to work with. Each of them demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They answered all my questions with patience and expertise, making sure I fully understood the services being performed and any recommendations they made. Their friendly attitudes and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their honesty. It’s clear that this team values integrity and customer satisfaction above all else. I never felt upsold or misled — only guided by people who truly know their craft and want the best for their customers. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect, given expert advice, and taken care of by a team you can trust, I can’t recommend this Jiffy Lube location highly enough. Stopped in for an oil change and brake fluid flush on my ‘98 VW GTI, and of course my emergency brake lever decided that was the perfect moment to break right in front of the bay. Huge thanks to Jonathan, Alex, Richard, and Matthew for being so kind and helpful through the whole situation. See you in 3,000 miles! ??

Along with a great oil change the team restored my headlights on my 11 year old vehicle to look brand new. Would highly recommend ?

I came in today to get an oil change service for my ford expedition. The guys working always do an amazing job. They were ready to help right away upon arrival, and work with a quickness. In a matter of what felt like just minutes they were already done. They went the extra mile to double check a few extra things to ensure I was ready for the road. Thank you to all the guys working extra hard to make sure everything is safely working. The speed and quality you put in to satisfy customers like myself was beyond expectation. Its a relief knowing my vehicle i use everyday is taken care of so that I can go to work and is safe for my family as well. You guys rock!!

I take my class b r v here every five thousand miles. They know exactly what they're doing, and they do it right, and I trust them!

From beginning to end they were extremely thorough and transparent about pricing and recommendations of additional services needed that they could complete and some not but they still brought it go my attention. One other thing I am From out of town and realistically won't be a regular customer but they treated me like one. They even honored a coupon off their website. A+ in my book.
