We were concerned about an oil change for a car we’d bought last September 2025. We were told we did need an oil change. The cost escalated to approximately 250.00. We got the oil change and a coolant flush. Not knowing car to well I appreciated the advice. I thought the team did a good job of helping us with this service. We want to thank them very much.

Very quick and courteous service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Ben did a great job going through everything. Would use again for sure!

Fast and efficient

I pulled into facility and was treated very well. I needed washer fluid and it was quickly taken care of. My oil was checked and my tires were fine. There was not a charge for this. I was very impressed with the quality service I received. Thank you.

Came in for an oil touchup they were happy to do so. They did remind me I haven’t been in for a while. I was happy I showed up and even touch my Windshield fluid check my air pressure in my tires. All is well. Headed on a trip out of town and I feel safe with Jiffy Lube got my back

I’ve been going to another popular Oil Change business for the past 21 years. I noticed the service dropped off a bit so I stopped into Jiffy Lube on Woodruff Ave. in Idaho Falls, ID. After talking with the Manager there for a few minutes, I learned they use the same oil I’ve had in my truck since it was new and I decided to give them a try. I stopped in on Veteran’s Day and got a huge discount on some wonderful service!!!! Jiffy Lube is my NEW VEHICLE SERVICE CENTER!!!! I will be using the Jiffy Lube Service on Woodruff in Idaho Falls, ID and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS JIFFY LUBE SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY SERVICE CENTER FOR LUBE, OIL AND FILTER MAINTENANCE ON THEIR VEHICLES!!!! The ONLY exception would be if you have a newer vehicle warranty which requires you to take it to the Dealer for such maintenance!!!! Of course, I don’t believe I would personally ever choose such a warranty for my vehicle, but I am aware of people who have chosen such a warranty, but then, as soon as they are no longer bound by the warranty, they immediately stop going back to the dealer.

Everyone was extremely nice! We loved the popcorn and soda in the waiting room. It was also super cute they had tiny dinosaurs hidden around the waiting room and told my daughter she could have one if she found it. She loved finding them and keeping her favorite one. The service was also performed very quickly which I appreciated. Every employee that interacted with us was so nice and polite! I don’t live in the area, but will come again out of our way because of the care we received!

This is the best shop to have your car seen. The staff is always top tier; kind, honest, helpful. They get our vehicles seen quickly and efficiently. The waiting room has snacks and drinks which is such a nice touch. There is also fresh popcorn available.

I had excellent service at the Woodruff Jiffy Lube! They were fast and courteous and I saved a ton of money! Thanks ??
