These guys are amazing! I’m used to waiting and waiting for any service anywhere else. They got me right in. Got the car done fast and even gave me a heads up about the overall condition of my car. That was a great visit! I wasn’t looking Forward to going on a Saturday but when I went, The appointment went super fast and I had my cars oil changed in No time. Great visit and great service.

I visited the pacheri store and the manager personally took the time to check all the fluids and top them off,I appreciate that he could have easily handed this off to a employee, but obviously he is a hands on manager, so i will always go back to this store for my oil changes.

Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. Been coming here for years.

We got right in for our oil change and it was done quickly. When the work was complete they brought me out into the bay to check that all caps were tight and pulled the dipstick to show the oil was full. I’ve been to Jiffy Lube in all of the western states and that’s the first time any of them have done that . Good Job Idaho Falls!

They helped me out when I stopped in when hearing a weird noise under my front driver's wheel. They found my splash guard had fallen and the screws were stripped. They graciously found a fix and didn't charge me. Couldn't thank them enough.

The young lady (sorry I don’t recall her name) was professional. Went over my options. I mentioned seeing a coupon & she assisted me where I could find it. Quick, vacuumed my floors, checked my tire air, cleaned my windows and changed my oil. Will be back.

My car had just been washed when I went in there. It is black and shows every little thing. When they wash the windows, they ran water down from the window to the bottom of the car all the way around every window had I have noticed this while I was there I could’ve went next-door and washed it, but I didn’t notice it till I got all the way back to Shelley. My windows weren’t dirty when they started, but my car was an entire mess when they finished the oil change was fine, but the service was poor.

Employees are so friendly and great service! Clean. Highly recommend!
