Manager was Top-Notch on double checking that ALL service was completed. Also did a great job of walking me through key service points at the end.

Great experience. The technician, Joshua, went above and beyond, refilling my power steering as well. No easy task given the year, make and model of my car. Much appreciated! Will definitely visit again.

The girl manager at the broadway location is the nicest! She’s extremely helpful and understanding and listens to the customers needs. She needs a raise

I go to the same jiffy lube a hundred miles from my home. They are always and every time great. Very pleasant and she does a great job!!

I was traveling through town and my oil level was really low. They checked everything out and went up and beyond to make sure everything was good and taken care of for the rest of my trip. They didn’t try to sell me on things and the price was much less than I thought. We made it home safe thanks to them.

I came in to check my brakes and was about to get them replaced but Josh was real honest and let me know that they didn't need to be. I really appreciated the time and attention given and the upstanding character of the employees.

They are very honest. I was told from another place that my transmission fluid was dark and ready to be changed. This place told me that it was good and showed me that my transmission fluid was red and clear. I really appreciate the honesty, especially since many places don't seem to be these days.

These guys are friendly and do a decent job. They communicate pretty well and go through everything under the hood that they touched afterwards. Better than most corporate joints around town.
