Really good customer service

Helpful in doing a duplicate radiator flush just to make sure all the oil was out from a previously leaking gasket. One person washed the windows for free, but he forgot to vacuum, which is something he said we would do; anyway we appreciate the window wash - the person was very nice.

Have been to this exact jiffy lube twice now and they always do an excellent job. Not only do they know what they are talking about but efficient and quick. Ricky helped me out today and was very respectful and nice. Thank you guys for your hard work!

They did an amazing job explaining and walking me through everything especially since this is my first time setting this up on my own.

The guys are helpful, funny, and make the experience easy. Can't ask for more than that.

My wife and I went in for a transmission fluid change. Everyone there went out of their way to be nice to us. I'm recovering from my broken hip so I'm on a cane. The guys drove our car to the front door to make it easier for me. Really good service and professionalism

They were extremely efficient and fixed up problems I didn’t even know my car had.

They were out of my oil filter but had one delivered within minutes. Communicated great and were very kind and thorough.

They explained what they're doing and also gave a list of services that my car needs. Service was quick and price is very reasonable

They were honest & up-front with me. They couldn't get the drain plug out & aren't allowed to use impact tools. They simply said sorry & sent me on my way.

They were very respectful and did extra like checking the air in my tires, washing my front windshield, vacuuming my front mats. I really appreciated what they did.

Nathan went above and beyond to fix my car after another jiffy station messed it up . He was very thorough and took his time and had me come back in after they ordered a part that would have cost me about $1000 in auto repairs . He even walked me through was he was doing and answered all my questions when asked . If you need an oil change I’d recommend the jiffy in Moscow . My oil filter housing unit is not longer leaking oil left and right. I couldn’t be more happier.

The guys there were quick, respectful, and patient with my toddler who is apparently tall enough to reach the water dispenser??. I'm sure we'll be back for out next oil change
