Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1130 CALDWELL BLVD, NAMPA, ID, 83651-1738

I have never had such amazing treatment at any business ever!!! From the moment I got there the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But the really amazing part was how they were able to turn a virtually hopeless situation with my car (I had been quoted about $5000 from a reputable mechanic for various things) into an amazing redemptive and hopeful one! There were four of them working this evening and they each went above and beyond anything I could ever have expected!!! I drive a 2012 Chevy Cruze and so I knew I couldn’t invest $5000 into fixing this car. This had been my daily commuter for years. So I had decided to put that money into some sort of an upgrade. This would become my teenage son’s car and I was just going to fix the safety issues and see how long it would last. Well four hours later and many many efforts on their part they had all of those issues fixed for a few hundred dollars. It turns out it wasn’t quite as catastrophic as the original mechanic had thought. The manager even added a coupon to help me out!!! I’m a single mother so it helped me tremendously! Thomas one of the mechanics drives the same car I do so was very familiar with the ins and outs of this car and wanted to make sure I got the situations resolved before I left. I communicated I had a budget I had to stay under and they made sure I did. They kept apologizing for how long it was taking all while I was overwhelmed with gratitude and would have slept on the floor of the shop for what they did for me and my son! They were so intentional to make sure I was taken care of and that my son would have a safe vehicle I just keep shaking my head in amazement! The manager is Lindsay and she knows how it can be for women going into a mechanic shop so she also went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. I am so thankful to God that I ended up there (I had actually stopped at a different Jiffy Lube 15 minutes before but they were not equipped to help with the main thing I was going in there for) so it felt very much like divine intervention! I believe the names of the other two young men were Brayden and Isaiah and I just want to say again to the four of you thank you so so so much and God bless each of you!!!!!!

This was by far my favorite trip to Jiffy lube yet! I always get oil changes with the lube but this was my first time at this location. Most of the staff was in from other stores and they go thru an employee change and they were amazing! They laughed at all my stupid jokes and kept me highly entertained while they worked. 10/10 highly recommended!
