I am normally not one to leave reviews but this service was exceptional today. They were quick friendly and efficient. I needed this kind of service having 2 kids with me one being one. Thank you guys!!!!

This crew in Pocatello Idaho on Yellowstone Avenue did a great job on my fleet vans and even found a power steering leak I had. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and gave great service! Definitely recommend!

Great customer service. She showed me what service options were available but didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't ready to do. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I had other vehicles ahead of me in line.

This jiffy lube in Pocatello Idaho is one of the best experiences in an oil change that I have ever had we was in and out of there within 15 minutes and they were attentive on the checking everything and letting me know and showing me what needed to be done and what didn't

I’ve come here for over 15 years, the quality of employees varies but the service is extremely stable. I received a coupon for the competing lube shop (50% off) and was not only disappointed in service but also in price WITH the coupon. Jiffy lube keeps it real with lower prices and good service without upselling everything.

These guys are excellent workers and very quick in and out!

Excellent service! My 2008 Dodge RAM is running much better after a Full Service Oil/Filter Change. It was way overdue but had been sitting at home for years. My dog was with me and they let me stay in the vehicle with him. The Jiffy Lube Team had us in and out in 15min. That's why I'll be back!
