I took my car in for sn oil change and Jonas was the person who helped me. Everyone there was so nice and efficient. I will definitely take my car back for my next oil change.

They did a great job getting my car done in a timely manner. They were very informative during the process, and were not pushy about other potential services they could do. The price was a little steep but I don’t think they could do much about that with the cost of oil.

Friendly, quick, professional, and communicative. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Been a customer for over 20yrs.

Everyone there was very professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. The only reason I gave this a 4 vs. 5 star is because one of the workers (or worker’s friends) had their dog there and it walked out in front of my car while they were directing me to pull out. I found that very scary and unprofessional. I don’t want to be responsible for the death of someone’s dog while I’m pulling out of getting an oil change.

While it can be challenging to get these coupons honored initially, they are usually accepted after a polite but firm clarification of the terms. Aside from that the service was great.

They were informative fast and efficient. They even made sure to get my air filter in before end of the day which they didn't have in stock at the time. They went above and beyond to make sure that my mother's car was ready to go!

Jonas is a Professional, knowledgeable young man with excellent Customer Service skills which is a rare experience given that many young people today seem to lack the drive and determination to excel at whatever job they are doing. Great buncha guys working together, speed, efficiency and great communication and customer care!

Great group of fellas. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Their suggestions were what the manufacturer recommended. I just had all fluids flushed and changed and they could tell. They just offered to do the transmission, but I said all was good and they said no problem. zero push just all recommendations. I did get the wipers changed, all else was good. Fast and efficient. I will be returning. It's worth the 20min drive.

Five stars. You were open on a Sunday when others weren't, and when I declined extra services once, you respected me by not pushing further. Really fast service, and you looked up how to reset the oil life so I didn't have to.

I have to say my experience at the Post Falls Jiffy Lube was a refreshing experience! They did a service on our car a few weeks ago. I went back in because my engine light was on and I thought for sure they had made a mistake. (I had a bad experience with Jiffy Lube in Utah). Anyway, not only did they double check their service work, but Kevin the manager over there came out and checked again and found our transmission fluid was super low. He filled it up for us and sent us on our way feeling very confident that our vehicle was running correctly. We know we are in great hands getting our vehicles serviced at this location! Thank you Kevin and your team!!
