I have been going to this one for a very long time and the people there are amazing. They have a great sense of humor and they go out of their way to make sure that I am taking care of. As far as I’m concerned, they are the best crew in Twin Falls the ones on Addison are phenomenal.

You have a very top notch crew there on Addison Ave East! This is my 3rd year visiting and having my oil changed on Veterans Day and it was real nice that a couple of the employees remembered me from the Veterans Day oil change plus my other oil changed as well! I love supporting local businesses of all types as much as possible because I am one and have been one for a long time so I do understand a csa's job dealing with the customers! And the appearance inside and outside shows the pride in their work place! So cuddos out to the manager, his assistant and the crew!! The only negative is is the additional charge I'm not exactly sure but I believe it was around $20 because of having a V8 but still a great price instead of my regular ones! Thank you very much!

Best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to. I actually stop going to Jiffy Lube when a store in Glenview, Il didn’t put oil in my car. I decided it was long enough and about 5 years ago I decided to give this store a try. I will never go to another place again (I went to another Jiffy Lube in Twin and my car was smoking from bottom) went right to Addison store and they wiped off spilled oil for no charge. I was very worried it was more serious, but Josh assured me that’s all it was. Lets add more about Josh, not only his he an amazing, knowledgeable technician, he’s an awesome human. I can’t end this review without mentioning Molly. She is just so knowledgeable, helpful, and is also an amazing human. Thank you for all the help and kindness this store has shown me. It’s am amazing staff starting with Molly and Josh.

When it comes to car maintenance I always send my husband because I hate the wait.. The staff were both helpful and knowledgeable..service was fast and efficient..will be returning in the future, but only to this Jiffy Lube..Above and beyond service...Also thanks for finding my glasses..????

The manager was careful to help with what I wanted and was careful to not do more than I needed. The service was quick and convenient.

Beyond friendly, quick, and professional. Even washed my windows and vacuumed my carpet. Oh, and way cheaper than the Grease Monkey I stopped at.

I loved seeing two women in the shop and having them do my service. They did a great job, really quick, very friendly, and it was a great experience.

It's rare these days to find a company/service that is honest when the results will cost THEM money. Twice now this location was more than honest letting me know that I didn't need certain services that were higher in costs. This time the company that I used before set my time for the oil changer sooner than what I needed. This jiffy lube location let me now there was no need to change the oil this soon, it was clean. I am very thankful that they saved me money. Who needs to waste money these days?

Came in for an oil change on our Class A motorhome, their bay is big enough for such a task. I called and spoke with Matt a day prior to confirm they can indeed do it, he assured me they could. We pulled at at 9am on a Saturday with no wait and the team got to work on the RV, we had the oil changed, tired checked and differential checked as well. All done and paid in under 30 min. 10/10 would recommend this place for a Class A motorhome oil change. Matt and his team were very kind and helpful, I will come here again. They also have a 15% military discount so don’t forget to ask if you’re a military member.

My favorite place to get my oil changed. They're always great and quick with my cars. I have been going to this place for years and am never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

Stopped here during a long cross-country drive. They had me in and out in 22 minutes, with a veteran’s discount. The loo was clean, the coffee was not horrible, and the personnel were friendly and professional. No demerits here; 10/10 would visit again except that the chances are small of me needing an oil change within this geographic area again in this lifetime. If you do, however, you will find this location reliable, clean, honest, and efficient.

It was a pleasant experience. I had my dog with me so she and I waited outside at the bench while the service was completed. All the technicians came to the area when they had questions. Great service.

Great overall experience. I felt they cared more about my car than making an extra dollar. They tested my vehicle for regular maintenance issues and found no issues at hand. I’ve been a satisfied customer for 25 years now.
