This place is fantastic for your oil changes. Melany C was EXTREMELY helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable on my Grand Am. Everyone is very helpful, and this is one of the cleanest Jiffy Lube there is. John and Frank were very hard-working guys. And they handled this brake replacement where the rear pads were seized very well. This is my second time coming to this location and each time they done very well with their work ethic. Really the entire staff. Highly recommend

I took my car in for an oil change and it was great! I was in and out in 10 min and everyone was very nice! I legit felt like I was getting my car done at a race track with the speed and attention to what I needed done. I appreciate the fast service and the kindness. I drive over 40 minutes just to come to the Jiffy Lube in Addison, and it’s absolutely worth it every time. The team here is always smiling, courteous, and genuinely friendly. They make routine car service feel easy and even fun. The staff treats you with respect, keeps you informed, and works efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. Even though there are plenty of locations closer to me, this one stands out for its great energy and consistently excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Addison Jiffy Lube to anyone who wants fast, reliable service from people who truly care.

I needed to get an oil change. And a tail light replaced. They were very busy but they still got me in and out and explained everything I needed. And was able to use my coupon I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service! Fair pricing and swift service. They make suggested additional services needed and no pressure to take suggested work. I just discovered that they will do an oil top off ! Just bring car in. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for oil change was in and out in about 15 mins they did a quick inspection of my car. Told me what was an issue asked if wanted fixed. Over all good experience.
