Dustin, Jake and Erick, were a pleasant relief when pulling up for service. They treated me with a smile and pleasant attitude. They took care of the service and were professional and on point. I say this because I went to the jiffy lube in Huntley and was greeted poorly. The reflection of the staff that treated me on 8-4-26 at 5:47pm at Huntley was not pleasant. I won’t go into details and at times we all have bad days. But the conversation ended by me asking if they wanted me to take my business elsewhere. It did not feel right so I did. Went to Algonquin jiffy lube and they treated me right. Thanks for doing what you do to the staff at jiffy lube Algonquin. Good old service as I expected. Just wanted to be treated like a normal customer and they were on point!

Service was extremely exelent! Was quick! Easy! They explained everything! Checked builds! And topped off my coolant which I didn't know burned down little bit! Replaced my well needed cabin air filter which was horrid from dust storm and last few spring/summer months! Everyone that worked on car was to the points and very knowledgeable and helpful! Again service was top notch and easy and quick! They rocked it!

I needed my oil change and tires rotated bad but I haven’t gotten around to it with a bad back. Plus my truck is a PITA to change without back issues. I called Jiffy Lube in Algonquin and Tyler got me in for both with no wait. What great customer experience!! He was super friendly, listened to what oil I use and showed me their comparable oil. He made me super comfortable as some men talk down to women at car places. They were fast, efficient and a fantastic price ( I know as I wrench)!!! I will be back!!!
