They were so nice!! Oil changed, liquids filled, and windshield washed for $104. They didn’t pressure me to get services that I didn’t need. If I lived closer this would be my home shop.

Awesome service and very friendly staff. Timmy took great care of me and was awesome to work with. He was very informative and spent a lot of time working with me to understand my needs. Definitely will be back for my next oil change. 5 stars

Friendly polite and quick!

I had an oil change done here today for the first time. Domingo was great, super friendly and informative. Edwin, Jesus and Nic were super efficient and thorough when taking care of my car. I will definitely come back, thanks for the awesome service guys!

Went and got an oil change and tire rotation while in town. Staff are fantastic, super nice. They checked everything for me but not at all pushy on maintenance for my truck that I dont need. Quick service and great pricing, will be going back to them if i need anything while in the area. 10/10

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! They replaced my headlights quickly with fast and excellent service. Domingo was professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy. Timmy was the first to greet me with a smile. Domingo even topped off my antifreeze while I was there, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back and look forward to having my radiator flush done there in the future. Highly recommend!

They are killing it at this location. One of my best jiffy lube experiences. They informed me about what they were doing and what to look out for the future. They all made sure my car was in the best shape before I left. I will be coming back to this location again.

I was with a competitor chain in Schaumburg for five years and finally moved my service to this Jiffy Lube. As a gal with limited car knowledge but who travels a lot with kid and dog in tow, I so appreciate Domingo’s knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. My SUV hood is always getting stuck - he and Nick took the time to fix and open the hood, dig out a (filthy) cabin filter that has apparently never been changed in five years, and find out why my rear washer fluid wasn’t flowing. All with good humor, about 25 minutes before closing time. Top notch service - speaks well of the company that so many employees have been with Jiffy Lube for a decade or more. Thanks for the confidence before a long road trip - see ya in five thousand miles!

Domingo was great and very helpful!

Amazingly helpful. Asked what I wanted, told them, and they did exactly that. Cabin filter replaced, regular oil, and topped off fluids. Exceptional customer service.
