I had a great experience getting my oil changed today! Domingo was very professional and friendly, got me in and out in a timely manner. He seemed to really care not only about my car, but also my overall experience.

Staff were amazing. Domingo was extremely helpful including all the guys that were in today. They each kept coming in and explaining each step of the process and whatever was wrong with my car. I usually get stressed out going to auto repair places because it feels like I’m getting pressured to do a million things but the guys were so nice and they explained everything clearly. I understand how and why I needed certain services and I look forward to coming back here again! Thanks Domingo and the rest of the team. I wish I remembered all there names because they were all fantastic and deserve to be individually recognized. From the person that answered my call prior to me getting there to the person that updated me on each step. Wonderful wonderful team!

After my interactions with Jiffy Lube in Palatine yesterday, and Jiffy Lube in Arlington Heights today, I had to find a way to give these guys the review they deserved. Sorry in advance for how long this will be haha but anyways I have had a few car things that I have been putting off because I lost my job and have had a rough year financially. But I needed an oil change, and 4 new tires. And I knocked my skid plate loose so it was dragging on the ground and slowly getting sanded down by the road. Yesterday I went to the Jiffy in Palatine- I have been going here for a few years and I have consistently received above and beyond service every single time I go. I went after work, so it was maybe an hour or so before the jiffy closed. Eric was there by himself with a car, but he immediately came up and greeted me and had a very attentive conversation with me about what I needed (just an oil change, but also look at the skid plate and just make sure thats the only thing thats broken). He finished his car and took care of that customer, and got me in ASAP. I waited in my car so I rolled the window down and had a nice conversation with him while he worked and mentioned I needed new tires and wasnt really sure what to do about the skid plate and was stressed about not having enough money for either fix. He helped talk me through solutions and what their approximate cost should be- and where to go. I thought jiffy lube was only oil changes! But Eric told me about the location in Arlington Heights and that they offered tires- and they would already have all of my info since I have been going to the Palatine location for so many years. He helped me completely talk through everything with my car, and I left the shop feeling SO much better than when I arrived. Eric was very respectful and so knowledgeable- but not in a salesy/pushy way. Just genuinely cared that I am safe in my car and on the road. This morning I called the jiffy in Arlington Heights around 10am. I spoke with Domingo and he fully explained their tire services to me, and gave me an estimate over the phone. He helped me talk through my options to find the best one for me, making sure I understood everything fully. They didn't have the tires in stock when I called at 10am, but by 12pm today Domingo called me and said hes got 4 tires with my name on it! So after I was off work today I went to the jiffy in AH and as soon as I pulled up to the garage, Domingo came out and greeted me with such a genuine and friendly attitude. He talked me through the services and got right to work! I was honestly anticipating a wait of a few hours since I was getting 4 new tires. But before I knew it, my car was done! Even though they had several other customers coming and going while I was there, they got everyone in and out quickly- but not rushed. Domingo treated everyone with such respect and genuine care that you don't see very often in people. I went out to pay and get my car- and everything was a lot more reasonably priced than I expected. And a way better deal than all the other places I looked!! Domingo pulled my car up and had a nice conversation with me before I left, reassuring me that I can call anytime I have questions or need help with car stuff- but again, not in a sales kind of way, but very genuine and caring about my safety and peace of mind. So, for the second day in a rough week, jiffy lube has put me back on the road with a lot less stress and a better attitude than I came to them with. And I don't know how they did this while also doing my tires, but my car interior was very nicely cleaned too! My car wasn't super dirty to begin with, but the inside was pretty dusty/ and spotty. But when I drove my car home tonight I realized everything was clean and shiny! I cant say enough how far above and beyond Eric at Palatine and Domingo at Arlington Heights went for me. This is why I don't go anywhere else!!

Went in for a head light case cleaning got greeted by Domingo super nice and incredibly friendly got the job done extremely well and extremely quickly said the job would likely take 30 minutes and only took 15 can’t recommend this place enough.

Domingo made this experience seamless and I will for sure be back! He turned me into a Jiffy Lube gal after having always gone with a competitor. Great service! You can tell he treats his customers with respect and care and a smile! 10/10 reccomend!

Domingo is such a pro. He earned my trust immediately with his approachable way of explaining not only what my car's problem is but also how he identified it and how he planned to fix it. His trust and respect for his team speaks volumes not only to his character, but also to the quality of work from Mark and Edwin. I left knowing that my car was in good hands and truly feeling that what was most important to these guys was that I'd be safe on the road going forward. You've earned yourselves a loyal customer!

I had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube, especially because of Domingo! He was so helpful and kind, I have had a lot of car issues and have been scammed too many times but he is the nicest mechanic I have ever met in my life. I don’t understand a lot about cars and I’m always confused when someone explains the issue I have with my vehicle but he was so understanding and patient with me. Whenever I have a car problem I always come to this Jiffy Lube and Domingo always helps me. I trust them completely! They don’t just want to take your money, they want to make sure you are cared for and I really appreciate it. Thank you Jiffy Lube and thank you Domingo!
